1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans. I've been playing on this server for over a year, and during that time. I’ve explored nearly every side of roleplay it offers, I've participated in every family event, every state organization, every crime organization, and twice, I've been a gang leader. I've also served as the deputy of all gangs, the deputy of LSPD, and the deputy of NG, so I am aware of the high standards of roleplay that an admins must meet. I know every rule on this server pretty well.
- These roles taught me leadership, responsibility, and how to maintain a positive environment even during high-pressure situations. I know the server rules inside out, and I understand the level of professionalism and fairness that an admin must uphold.
- I now want to take the next step—moving beyond regular RP to helping players, solving issues quickly, and contributing to a better experience for everyone as part of the admin team.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I’ve loved playing in RP and it’s helped me grow a lot, but now I want to help people in many ways. Becoming an admin would allow me to support the community, help keep the environment fair and fun, and solve issues that might cause problems for other players. While RP will always be special to me, I'm excited to become an admin and i will give my best to help players and make the RP more exciting.
2. What are your strengths?
   I have served in all gangs and know all the rules of crime side and also i know rules of state orgs also and also i follow all the server rules. I’m patient, fair, and calm under pressure. I’m good at resolving conflicts without taking sides and making sure everyone feels heard. I also pay close attention to details, which helps when enforcing rules and spotting issues early. Plus, I’m very active and reliable, so the community can always count on me when needed.
3. What are your weaknesses?
   I don't have many weaknesses but sometimes I want to make things perfect which make me to take decision a bit slowly.

   I can bring good communication skills, problem solving abilities and fair attitude towards everyone. I’m good at explaining rules clearly, and making decisions that are the best . I’m also organized, i play regularly, and committed to keeping the server fun and safe for everyone.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Because I have many experiences on Unofficial Organizations as a leader (like winning battle of families) and deputy, on Illegal organizations as a deputy and on legal organizations for a long time. So, I think it is the time to become an admin and I feel I'm ready to serve to the players.

   My strengths are discipline and the ability to stay calm under pressure. I can effectively interact with players, always aiming to solve problems fairly and professionally. I also have a good knowledge of the server rules and experience in many years, which helps me guide and I can teach the rules that I know to the players.

   Sometimes I focus too much on details which can slow me down, but I am continuously working on improving my decision-making speed without losing accuracy.

   I can bring strong problem-solving skills, leadership experience and the ability to manage conflicts between players in a fair way. I am dedicated and can handle responsibilities with professionalism.    At the moment, I do not have any serious real life issues but compared to before, I may not be able to stay extremely active all the time. However, I can still dedicate consistent time and remain reliable as an admin.

   :- As serving 8 months in game i have experience a lot of situation and have done a Proper RP which helped me a lot to be more mature. I have done all all thing while as a citizen , Leos or as a Gangstar. I have lots of experience in EN1 and EN2 . As I server 9x Deputy of gang in EN2 and 1x Undersheriff in SAHP. I want to support new players, enforce fairness, and keep the experience fun and engaging for everyone in Grand rp. I want this server to run perfectly from all angles.
