Reason 1: Experience & Law Knowledge
"Since I have already worked in Government till rank 5, I know how laws, rules, and city regulations work. This experience will help me to maintain proper law and order through FIB."

Reason 2: To Improve Professional RolePlay Standards
"In Government, I have seen how professionalism changes the RP level. As an FIB Leader, I want to bring the same level of seriousness, by introducing realistic investigations, undercover operations, and federal-level professionalism."

Reason 3: To Build a Skilled Team
"I want to train new agents in the same way I trained juniors in Government, by teaching them proper codes, discipline, and teamwork. This will make FIB stronger and respected in the city."


3. Your Advices for Improving RolePlay Level in FIB

  • Training Based on Real Experience: I will introduce training programs similar to Government, including investigation RP, raid RP, and interrogation RP.
  • Professional Discipline: Every agent will follow the chain of command and proper rules. No FailRP, MetaGaming, or PowerGaming will be tolerated.
  • Realistic Case Work: Agents will prepare reports, evidence, and case files to make investigations look real.
  • Teamwork with Other Orgs: FIB will cooperate with Government, LSPD, and NG to make RP more engaging.
  • Communication Standards: Just like in Government, I will enforce proper radio codes, professional language, and no OOC/IC mixing.

1. Leader of...Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1 Experience

I have been part of almost every legal org, starting from the lowest ranks and working my way up to HC. I’ve also had experience in gangs as HC and deputy, so I understand both sides of RP. This gives me a wider perspective on how to run FIB in a way that is fair, efficient, and enjoyable for everyone. I think that it will help improve the FIB.

2.2 Fairness for Lower Ranks
When I first joined FIB as a Field Agent, I saw how lower ranks were often ignored or treated unfairly. Many good agents resigned because of it, which hurt the org overall. I want to make a change to that. I believe every rank should matter, and agents should always feel valued and motivated.

2.3 Dedication to FIB
Even though I have worked in LSPD, SAHP, and Government, I always found myself come back to FIB. It feels like the most powerful org in the state, but often it hasn’t lived up to its potential. I have seen Many Directors come and go, learned from their styles, and I believe I’m ready now to take responsibility and restore the reputation and strength of FIB.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

3.1 Equal Opportunities & No Favoritism

I know how it feels to be in low ranks and not get proper recognition. To make sure everyone got a fair chance, I will make sure there’s no favoritism in promotions or recruitment. Everyone will go through the same process, and any unfair practices will be corrected immediately.

3.2 Promotions & Rewards
To keep my agents active and work towards the organisation with full dedication, I will host weekly promotion ceremonies so hardworking agents get recognized. On top of that, a proper bonus system will be in place where agents can request bonuses for doing their work properly, handed out fairly by either the Deputy Director or myself. So this will ensure that no one is left behind.

3.3 Re-Interview System
If an agent has received their rank through personal connections or without a proper interview, they will be re-interviewed. If they don’t meet the standard, they will be demoted, and both the agent and the HC involved will face consequences, including suspension if necessary. This will take place every weekend or so. This will keep the org clean and transparent.

3.4 Internal Affairs & RP Quality
I will assign capable and hardworking IA agents who will regularly review bodycams and events to ensure proper RP is being followed and there is no rule break. This will help maintain professionalism and improve the overall RP quality within the organization.

3.5 Stronger Undercover Operations
Since I’ve also been in gangs as HC and deputy, I know how they work and think. This experience will help me guide undercover and 00 agents in carrying out better investigations, sting operations, and long-term RP that will make FIB interactions much more fun and realistic.

3.6 Coordination with Other Orgs
FIB should not work in isolation. I’ll make sure we do more combined spec ops and share intelligence with other legal orgs, making the RP more Fun and interesting to be worked in across the server.

My Main Goal

My main goal is to make FIB an organization where people enjoy playing....not just because it’s powerful, but because it’s fair, active, and respected. I want every agent, whether they are new or high rank, to feel like they have a purpose. With my experience in both legal orgs and gangs, I know how to balance things and create RP that benefits everyone. FIB has always been the org I care about the most, and I’m ready to take the responsibility of leading it and bringing back the prestige it deserves.
