• Training Based on Real Experience: I will introduce training programs similar to Government, including investigation RP, raid RP, and interrogation RP.
• Professional Discipline: Every agent will follow the chain of command and proper rules. No FailRP, MetaGaming, or PowerGaming will be tolerated.
• Realistic Case Work: Agents will prepare reports, evidence, and case files to make investigations look real.
• Teamwork with Other Orgs: FIB will cooperate with Government, LSPD, and NG to make RP more engaging.

2.1 Experience
I have been part of almost every legal org, starting from the lowest ranks and working my way up to HC. I’ve also had experience in gangs as HC and deputy, so I understand both sides of RP. This gives me a wider perspective on how to run FIB in a way that is fair, efficient, and enjoyable for everyone. I think that it will help improve the FIB.

2.2 Fairness for Lower Ranks
When I first joined FIB as a Field Agent, I saw how lower ranks were often ignored or treated unfairly. Many good agents resigned because of it, which hurt the org overall. I want to make a change to that. I believe every rank should matter, and agents should always feel valued and motivated.

2.3 Dedication to FIB
Even though I have worked in LSPD, SAHP, and Government, I always found myself come back to FIB. It feels like the most powerful org in the state, but often it hasn’t lived up to its potential. I have seen Many Directors come and go, learned from their styles, and I believe I’m ready now to take responsibility and restore the reputation and strength of FIB.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

3.1 Equal Opportunities & No Favoritism
I know how it feels to be in low ranks and not get proper recognition. To make sure everyone got a fair chance, I will make sure there’s no favoritism in promotions or recruitment. Everyone will go through the same process, and any unfair practices will be corrected immediately.

3.2 Promotions & Rewards
To keep my agents active and work towards the organisation with full dedication, I will host weekly promotion ceremonies so hardworking agents get recognized. On top of that, a proper bonus system will be in place where agents can request bonuses for doing their work properly, handed out fairly by either the Deputy Director or myself. So this will ensure that no one is left behind.

3.3 Re-Interview System
If an agent has received their rank through personal connections or without a proper interview, they will be re-interviewed. If they don’t meet the standard, they will be demoted, and both the agent and the HC involved will face consequences, including suspension if necessary. This will take place every weekend or so. This will keep the org clean and transparent.

3.4 Internal Affairs & RP Quality
I will assign capable and hardworking IA agents who will regularly review bodycams and events to ensure proper RP is being followed and there is no rule break. This will help maintain professionalism and improve the overall RP quality within the organization.

3.5 Stronger Undercover Operations
Since I’ve also been in gangs as HC and deputy, I know how they work and think. This experience will help me guide undercover and 00 agents in carrying out better investigations, sting operations, and long-term RP that will make FIB interactions much more fun and realistic.

3.6 Coordination with Other Orgs
FIB should not work in isolation. I’ll make sure we do more combined spec ops and share intelligence with other legal orgs, making the RP more Fun and interesting to be worked in across the server.

My Main Goal

My main goal is to make FIB an organization where people enjoy playing....not just because it’s powerful, but because it’s fair, active, and respected. I want every agent, whether they are new or high rank, to feel like they have a purpose. With my experience in both legal orgs and gangs, I know how to balance things and create RP that benefits everyone. 2.1 I started RP nearly 1-year ago I have served to this city in various organizations as GOV (DHS Minister, Lawyer), NG (Commanding General of Army) and SAHP (Under Sheriff, District Attorney). These respected positions have taught me so many things about city and I always want to become leader of FIB because they are federal agents and they play a key role in the whole homeland security and they have rights to go over full jurisdiction. I want to make all sate organizations work with unity. I want to develop new things in FIB so that everyone will show interest to work and explore new things and new people.

2.2 As a leader of FIB, I aim to complete gang raids and. Me as director want to stop illegal items being sold in city by doing undercover operations. My units or myself will be patrolling over both jurisdictions to control citizens breaking laws. I want make my org as my team to stop crimes and I aim to stop people being addict to drugs by doing drug bursts.

2.3 Leadership is nothing but building a team, but not about authority, not only giving orders or commands, my ultimate goal is to become a Mentor to new Agents by teaching them teamwork, proper RP, radio communication, and arrest procedure and make them the best undercover agents and make sure that I teach basic things of legislation which LEO should be aware. By mentoring them I can make a highly skilled team which proudly represents FIB.

3.1 I would like to introduce more training sessions to my agents so that they may be confident enough while performing undercover or special operations

3.2 I want to end up Favoritism which is most dangerous and, everyone will be treated equally, based on merit and performance.

3.3 I will encourage my employees by issuing or rewarding bonuses and promotions as per their activity, quality of work and professionalism which represents the organization. Rather than giving promotions to whom I have personal connections and who are in my organization. As mentioned, I am not in favor of Favoritism.

3.4 I am not in a situation to tolerate toxicity and who try to create toxicity in my organization, whether it is minor or major issue it will be solved immediately within the boundaries.

3.5 I always want corruption free state and end up corruption. No one is above the law.

3.6 I aim to build a strong united team that may developed inspiration for next coming leaders.

3.7 I would like to conduct internal events and keep good amount prize pool from my personal pocket so that every one will be encouraged to come and stay on duty and will be interacted to every one so that team work will be more strong.

2.3 Leadership is nothing but building a team, but not about authority, not only giving orders or commands, my ultimate goal is to become a Mentor to new Agents by teaching them teamwork, proper RP, radio communication, and arrest procedure and make them the best undercover agents and make sure that I teach basic things of legislation which LEO should be aware. By mentoring them I can make a highly skilled team which proudly represents FIB.


3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1 I would like to introduce more training sessions to my agents so that they may be confident enough while performing undercover or special operations

3.2 I want to end up Favoritism which is most dangerous and, everyone will be treated equally, based on merit and performance.

3.3 I will encourage my employees by issuing or rewarding bonuses and promotions as per their activity, quality of work and professionalism which represents the organization. Rather than giving promotions to whom I have personal connections and who are in my organization. As mentioned, I am not in favor of Favoritism.

3.4 I am not in a situation to tolerate toxicity and who try to create toxicity in my organization, whether it is minor or major issue it will be solved immediately within the boundaries.

3.5 I always want corruption free state and end up corruption. No one is above the law.

3.6 I aim to build a strong united team that may developed inspiration for next coming leaders.

3.7 I would like to conduct internal events and keep good amount prize pool from my personal pocket so that every one will be encouraged to come and stay on duty and will be interacted to every one so that team work will be more strong.

3.8 I like to personally join every event so that every one in the army will not think general just gives orders but he will be a part with us in every event where RP standards will be maintained.

He deserves to be the leader of FIB because of his strictness, following the ethics and doesnt support favourtism. Overall he should be selected as the leader. He is so humble and friendly in nature
