1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans. I've been playing on this server for over a year, and during that time. I’ve explored nearly every side of roleplay it offers, I've participated in every family event, every state organization, every crime organization, and twice, I've been a gang leader. I've also served as the deputy of all gangs, the deputy of LSPD, and the deputy of NG, so I am aware of the high standards of roleplay that an admins must meet. I know every rule on this server pretty well.
- These roles taught me leadership, responsibility, and how to maintain a positive environment even during high-pressure situations. I know the server rules inside out, and I understand the level of professionalism and fairness that an admin must uphold.
- I now want to take the next step—moving beyond regular RP to helping players, solving issues quickly, and contributing to a better experience for everyone as part of the admin team.

   Because I have many experiences on Unofficial Organizations as a leader (like winning battle of families) and deputy, on Illegal organizations as a deputy and on legal organizations for a long time. So, I think it is the time to become an admin and I feel I'm ready to serve to the players.

   My strengths are discipline and the ability to stay calm under pressure. I can effectively interact with players, always aiming to solve problems fairly and professionally. I also have a good knowledge of the server rules and experience in many years, which helps me guide and I can teach the rules that I know to the players.

   Sometimes I focus too much on details which can slow me down, but I am continuously working on improving my decision-making speed without losing accuracy.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans : I want to become an admin because I have always believed that the real work of an admin is not just about punishing players, but about helping them, listening to their problems, and solving their situations by communicating properly. Nowadays I feel that many admins are not able to give that human touch while handling situations. I want to change that — I want to be the kind of admin who treats everyone fairly, guides them when they are stuck, and makes the server environment better for all players.


For me, leaving RP-life to become an admin is not a loss, it’s actually a step forward — instead of just living my own character’s story, I’ll be supporting hundreds of other players to enjoy theirs.

2. What are your strengths?
Ans : My greatest strengths include problem-solving, communication, and patience. I am not easily affected by anger and I like to listen attentively before making a decision. I make sure to hear both sides of the issue, which keeps me fair and objective.

Another asset is that I am capable of clearly explaining things to individuals. Whether a person is new to the server or being confronted with a difficult situation, I can do so in a calm manner and ensure they are heard.

Finally, I am consistent and proactive. I dedicate my entire time and energy to any position I hold, and as an admin I would do the same — always on hand to assist, always seeking solutions, and always concerned with maintaining a positive environment

Ans : One weakness that I have is that at times I emphasize too much on fixing things swiftly and end up getting too caught up in minute details. However, I've been trying to overcome that by keeping myself calm, stepping back for a moment, and addressing issues one at a time.

Another weakness is that I don't appreciate unfair attitude, so if I notice someone treating rules disrespectfully over and over again, I might become a bit strict. But I consider this as something good too, since it makes me work harder in staying fair and maintaining the environment clean.
