3.2 I wanted to make sure that all gang members participate in all the events like Fz, robberies, battleships, clands and do max graffiti's to earn extras bonus money. I will make a proper team for turfs attacks/defence.

3.3 I want to make a new ranking system in which player get promotion on the basis of their participation in gangs not because he know some high command.

Ever since i Joined the vast city of grand rp . I always desired to be a Leader of an organization . I am an Experienced old fella I started playing Grand rp In 2024 . Ever since that time i always desired to be a leader and Show how compatible and skillfull am i towards leadership. I faced many storms many Critisism and many more problem in my Journey . i was always being critisized because I didnt took any leadership all my friends are taking leadership and Succesully commiting a successful term But I am not having the chance . my Skills are very good that i believe. I have an extensual experience In state field as well as gang . when i was ACP at LSPD i Did many curricullums that really shows how Much skilled i am in leadership . But now i feel I must take a term to Build an better appearance at public . i must show That how i complete a succesfull term and Be an successfull leader . once a great man said - If u desire of something then never give up until u make it . So i believe in this quote and I will try hard to show my leadership skills

(2) The effort i am expecting to put
From the starting of my journey i always try to set small goals take lesser responcibilities and focus on the major responcibility i am Aware of . Supposedly many people Stay at one org with main and Stay at another org with TWINK . Its all because they want experience . but the question is do we really work at a term for Rank or to make the term great ? Making the term great would be my option . rank chasers are not welcome in my Term . I will only hire those who really Thinks they can do something great . And my foremost goal is working on my ORG to make it succesfull . I will set an example that there was a leader called Ivan once And his term was great .

Recently i came back from a break and rejoined grand rp . I took a break for 3 months . As far as this point i still have the knowledge of the rules . And i am sure that If i leave a thousand times the knowledge which made a permanent folder at my brain will stay permanent . and the praisefull knowledge of things wont be lesser then before . so No worries on that

(1). I will set a No Nepotism Rule which will Determine that no one Will be hired without interview or sufficient knowledge about how gang works
(2). I will try to focus on Every Event and deploy every members. to make my term a great one
(3). I will try my best to Take 100% turf to Set an example of who am i . I will be trying my best
(4). I will try to Complete my term without any Org warnings i will hire the most bestest peers and I will only hire those who deserves to Be one . i will not do any nepotism towards hiring deputies . hiring my friends my close ones wouldnt be my choice .i will only appoint those who i believe that he deserves to be one

1. I been in city long enough as a high command in every gang, so I know about what true leadership mean. So now I think bloods need a leader with a mature nature with a capability to handle whole gang, so at the time I think i am ready to take over bloods because I have a mature nature and also, I am capable to take over the gang.
2. So as per me I have a good relationship with many families in city and with their help I can turn bloods into most feared gang.

I will recruit the members not as a gang member, I will recruit member as a family member because if you treat them like a gang member I don't think so they will work with you as a loyal person but if you can make them feel that you are family member not only a gang member they will always be with you as a brother.

1. I will make sure to invite ppls more than lvl 5 and i will do an interviews for giving ranks .

2. I will dedicate a special time to explain some of the rules to our gang members so that they are aware of all the rules and will not violate them in our gang activities.

3. I have a lot of friends who can help me make the gang the best gang and some of them know all the server rules and can be my deputies.

4. In recent months, I've seen that illegal organizations are no longer active, so I can run a competition in the gang world that we can do it with (gang raid , ghetto clap , roberries ...) And we will do it without any toxicity.
