I have been serving LI from More than a year and while working i have achieved a good experience of Highcommand of 2 departments in one time the departments were Journalism and Creative, also have worked under many good Leaders Like Zack Goodman, Razwad Rogue and around 30 Days Temp term of Robin Federal in en3 too i have experience under the leaderships of great leaders like Nyx Kleps and Azure Duke. I have observed all of them and saw where and when they did a mistake. I also got a lot of experience from en3 too, Also I know what is ground opinions about last some leaders, where they lacked and all. And I got a Leadership Experience of Vagos Running a Successful term. Moreover I believe in Comprehensive progression.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

If I become the Leader I will improve a various things in the org.which as follows -

1.) I will post 2 articles daily in cnn and i will provide training to all like how to play the role of them correctly which are like in the other orgs like ems and all. how to do on spot reporting and the interview and all,these things are literally like out of the org or we can say dead things, i want to revive these things and encouraging my employees to do these things.

2.) I will start encouraging them to do on spot reporting like if a event is happening so 2-3 journalist go together and do the broadcast of that event.

3.) I will improve the selection system to improve RP in the org.

4.) I will host various events so the ORG should be online most of the time in my term.

5.) I will make HODs to those who are capable of that and Online for the convenience of all.

6.) I will hire more in ads department as we can see the delay of ads department and also give them training (mentioned it in above point) and so their mistakes can get corrected.

7.) I would like to change the system of the ranks as there are only suspended loa and 3 ranks only I will use the ranking system more efficiently as it is in en 1 or 3 . Promotion is a key to make the employee work and in life invaders even after too much work your cannot get the promotions as there is no ranks available only hod dhod then senior junior and intern which i feel is not good as there is no growth in org. If i becomes the leader/CEO i would like to discuss this with the curators.

Also will help the New Comer's so they can learn the organization work and flow in short period of time. I believe this will make a decent impact in organization in a good and developing way.

In that long period of time, I realize few things were missing and can be improve, Also to prevent any kind of conflicts I keep myself active in organization so that I cannot let any controversies and conflicts to be grown up.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

• Firstly, I will set up the High Commands as per their Hard work and Desperation towards the organization. So everyone will get a fair chance and no space for favoritism.

• I’ll be organizing different kinds of events with new and creative ideas to keep the employees motivated and the organization’s energy alive.

• I’ll make sure to bring in new members regularly, depending on each department needs. I’ll especially focus on Night shift recruitment so that the PDA will remain empty, even during late hours.

• Eventually, The pending bonuses are seems very demotivating to members, So I will make sure to clear it significantly and also decided to make some changes in the current bonus system, So the team and organization both will stay Happy and Motivated.

I have been in LifeInvader for almost a year now and I have also served as the COO of LifeInvader, so I think I have what it takes to lead the organization. I have worked from an intern to a high command and seen many leaders working for the org. I know the perspective of citizens when it comes to ads or services, I have seen people getting high command but the deserving ones need to wait a lot or sometimes they don't get a chance, but in my term there will not be any favouritism in organisation and I will improve the org from all perspectives.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Firstly, I will organize unique events which will help in more interaction of the citizens with the LifeInvader employees.

- I will post more CNN so that the citizens can get the regular updates about the things that are happening in the city and I will also try to improve the journalism department, so that the CNN are more engaging for the citizens.

- I will appoint high commands which are experienced in their respective fields, so that everyone can get a fair chance.

- I have seen that there are many interns who are doing a lot of mistakes in ads, so I will give them proper training so that the mistakes in the ads are minimized which will help in maintaining the flow of the ads. I will also hire more employees according to the various time zones so that the flow of ads is maintained.

- The current bonus system needs to be updated and the pending bonuses also needs to be cleared. If I am selected for the leadership then I will make sure that this doesn't happen under my leadership and the bonuses are cleared regularly.

- I have various other suggestions which I will give if I get selected for the leadership.
