2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I’ve been part of LifeInvader for a number months, worked as HR Manager and during previous term as DHoD of Ads, I learned so much and also much more experienced now, not just about the job, but from the people around me. Whether it was the interns or experienced leaders, everyone played a part in helping me grow, and I really appreciate that support that I have got. Now I am looking forward to take the next step as a LifeInvader leader. I’ve got a lot of creative event ideas I’d love to bring forward, along with a few suggestions to make sure everyone in the organization feels included, has a good time, and let them have of feeling of being a part of something new and memorable.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I will recruit more of Ads team members so as to prevent any delays in posting of Ads.

I want to make sure promotions and bonuses happen on time, no one should have to wait around to be appreciated. When people see their effort being noticed and rewarded, it means a lot. It gives new team members the drive to grow, to see a future here, and to feel like they’re part of something that actually cares. It is not just about moving up the ladder it is about feeling seen, supported, and motivated to do your best because you know it matters.

I just want to create a type of environment in the organization where people must feel involved and excited, also organize some meetings with the all employees at least once a week and listen to all their suggestions and implement them in the organization if the suggestions are effective.

Speaking clearly and using good English really goes a long way. It helps avoid confusion and makes sure everyone’s on the same page nobody likes misunderstandings, especially when they’re trying to have a good time. It’s important to keep things respectful. That means cutting back on the heavy swearing and not using language that could make others feel uncomfortable, especially when you're interacting with different people in roleplay. Keeping the tone light, friendly, and welcoming just makes the space better for everyone.

I m applying for Lifeinvader because I’ve already been part of it for 4-5 full terms, and it actually means something to me. I’ve stuck around when the team was active, when it was dead, when things were smooth, and even when they weren’t. I didn’t leave or disappear, I stayed, I worked, and I learned things how works in Organization.

Now I feel like I’ve hit the point where I don’t just want to be in Lifeinvader, I want to run it. I’ve got the experience, the patience, and the drive to actually bring something fresh. Not that same recycled stuff people forget in a day. I also want to bring energy back, events that catch attention, creative broadcasts, collabs with other orgs, things that make the city feel alive, active and more enjoyable.

I have seen how the team works and I have watched leaders come and go, and I have learned from every one of them and I’m trying to make something that where every member in organization feels involved and proud to be part of it.
At the end, I have done the grind already and now I’m ready to step up, lead from the front, and turn LifeInvader into something people actually talk about in city.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Recruiting more peoples in the organization to keep the flow maintain also issuing time to time bonuses to the hardworking peoples in the organization and also collaborating with other organizations to keep the RP maintain in the server.
Also, Posting daily basis articles in the CNN and organising unique events in the city to keep fun in the server and make it enjoyable and playable to everyone in the event.
