2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I’ve been part of LifeInvader for a number months, worked as HR Manager and during previous term as DHoD of Ads, I learned so much and also much more experienced now, not just about the job, but from the people around me. Whether it was the interns or experienced leaders, everyone played a part in helping me grow, and I really appreciate that support that I have got. Now I am looking forward to take the next step as a LifeInvader leader. I’ve got a lot of creative event ideas I’d love to bring forward, along with a few suggestions to make sure everyone in the organization feels included, has a good time, and let them have of feeling of being a part of something new and memorable.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I will recruit more of Ads team members so as to prevent any delays in posting of Ads.
I want to make sure promotions and bonuses happen on time, no one should have to wait around to be appreciated. When people see their effort being noticed and rewarded, it means a lot. It gives new team members the drive to grow, to see a future here, and to feel like they’re part of something that actually cares. It is not just about moving up the ladder it is about feeling seen, supported, and motivated to do your best because you know it matters.
I just want to create a type of environment in the organization where people must feel involved and excited, also organize some meetings with the all employees at least once a week and listen to all their suggestions and implement them in the organization if the suggestions are effective.
Speaking clearly and using good English really goes a long way. It helps avoid confusion and makes sure everyone’s on the same page nobody likes misunderstandings, especially when they’re trying to have a good time. It’s important to keep things respectful. That means cutting back on the heavy swearing and not using language that could make others feel uncomfortable, especially when you're interacting with different people in roleplay. Keeping the tone light, friendly, and welcoming just makes the space better for everyone.
