• I have been in Lifeinvader from a long time and now I think i have got enough experience to run a successful and active Lifeinvader term.
• Since I joined Lifeinvader I have seen very less activity in journalism team, So I want to give many unique tasks to journalism team like On Field reporting or a different series of videos.
• I also want to make some changes in Ads team, as it was my first department which I joined and I want to make it really active by hiring employees from all timezones and making sure that night shift employees are really active in night time.

I will make sure that regular articles and videos are being posted on CNN so the citizens gets the news on time.
I will organize different and unique events which will increase the interactions of employees with the citizens.

I have been very fond to Lifeinvaders from the very beginning of my Grand rp career. I have experience of 2 cities i.e. en2 and en3 in LI and also saw many differences in both cities. I have worked in mostly every department of LI and i know what and how it works. I think my experience make me eligible for the leadership. I know how important is LI for the city and how it helps and contribute in the RP. Experience of 2 cities and their leader's pros and cons will help me to make my term the best term.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

LI is org of 24/7 as EMS and we need to make the org active for all time. i am having a lot of ideas to improve roleplay i will do the following according to department

1. Ads team:
Most crucial department help people to advertise their items and help in money rotating of city. Need maximum people so we can do ads 24/7 and help the citizens. The employees will be hired according to their timezone for the smooth work. I would like to decrease this department promotion requirement as it is too high comparatively to the incoming of ads.

2. Journalism team:
This department is literally very fond to me as i started my journey through this department. I will hire active people with more creativity and will tell my employees to make videos too not only articles and on ground reporting too.

3. Creative team:
Creative department needs a lot of employees so the services they are providing can go smoothly as mostly they have a high pressure as i see.


My Goals for the TERM
1. I will host various events so the ORG should be online most of the time in my term.
2. Reducing the pressure of ADS team
3. No toxicity

2.1 For the past few months, I have been a part of LI. I was a junior member of the ADs team at my last work, where I learned a lot from interns and all-leaders.

2.2 As a 'Li' organizer, I would be pleased to put many of my suggestions for event web hosting into practice, as well as offer some personal guidance on extra activities to ensure that everyone attends and has a good time.

- I have worked in Lifeinvader for more than 1 year in which I served as HoD of Creative for 7-8 months then also got a chance to server as COO for more than 3 months and I also handled as a temporary CEO. So I know how to run a active Lifeinvader term by making sure that there is no delay in ads.

- I have seen a lot of time taken by the high commands of previous terms in reviewing the templates and citizens have to wait a lot of time to advertise their businesses by the templates they have made. So in my term I will make sure that every template gets reviewed and approved under 24 hours.

- I saw that in previous term the journalism team was very inactive and very few articles and no videos were posted. So I will try to make sure that every department is actively doing their work and will also make sure that regular articles and videos will be posted.

- I will make sure that regular events are being hosted by Lifeinvader so that the citizens and employees can interact with each other while competing with other citizens.

- I will make sure that there is no delay in ads and citizens will not have to wait for their ads to publish.

2.1 I have been working in LI for the last 6 months.

To enhance the RP level:

I’ll focus on hiring passionate journalists, reporters, and creatives who are eager to explore, document, and share what’s happening around Los Santos.

1. id like to apply for life invader leadership as I've been in the organization for more than a year and a half. I have been in the journalism team for quite some time now and i double hatted with the ads team and as of now I have been promoted to Head of Department for the journalism team. I've also been the talent show host since day one of joining the org. so I do believe in myself that I would bring a lot to the table.
