Leader of National Guard

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

As i was born in a family which have a well known Military background as my father has been a Major in Army so i have quite a affection with Army because from child hood i have been raised to respect the solders who protect us so it is a emotional connection between me and army. Also National Guard as a organization is the best org in my pointe of view it is a different point that other orgs thinks lowly of it because of some unknown reasons but as i saw in my past terms NG doesn't used its powers to the fullest because in the past there were not that much of restrictions on the NG but by the time NG was not able to full file those criteria's so those privileges were removed by time now i want National Guard to get in its prime again. I'll make sure that no one see National Guard as a org which only provide them candies ill make sure they see NG as the army of the state and give respect to every soldier that they deserve.
My goals are after becoming the General are not that complicated after becoming the leader ill try to make good bonds with all organizations after that ill try to take every single high command of mine who will have a quite good experiences this will help us to grow faster and grow healthier and at the end my main aim as the General would be to make National Guard the most respected organization in the city because we are army we protect the State of San Andreas from the possible terrorist attacks and foreign threats so they can preform there duties peacefully.



3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

There are many ways as a Nation Guard to do and improve Role Play for over solders and other citizens, they goes as follows -:

a. Ill hire the best HR team in the city to train my solders well and will hire the high commands with good exp so that the organization will run smoothly and the solders will be well trained for any situation.

b. Ill make national guard engaging so that solders can be never be bored and will host internal events to boost there moral and those events will be related to their training with some price pool it will help in both in training and will let them be engaged every time.

c. Ill take back the check point system in which National Guard do border petrol with SAHP at the prime times so that any malicious activity could be caught before it takes place and will also help solders and citizens experience a realistic role play system. And ill improve relations with other Leo's and federal orgs so that we can unlock more activates to do which will help National Guard to gain it older reputation back and will help National Guard to show their activates in front of other orgs.

d. Ill appoint the best solders who have best leader ship skills to the positions of the head of departments so that they can lead and guide the units further for their work and will manage the conflicts between there units before Military Police dose.



4. My Departments

a. Air Force- The Air Force Department will play a curtail role by doing aerial patrols, providing good air support to solders on ground, and by actively taking part in different combat missions. Further, this team will be responsible for maintaining and using aircraft to ensure the further operations goes smoothly. Their duties goes up to surveying the surrounding, ensuring that both air support and ground operations proceed smoothly and safely.


b. Military Police- The Military Police Department should always be active and be alert, there main focusing should be on enforcing military rules and regulations on all solders, they will also make sure that non of the solders are breaking rules and if they and then punishing them also falls under the work of MP, and the also look and investigate the conflicts between Military personals. This department also coordinate in joint training's and exercise's with other department like Black Ops and the Air Force and help them in there daily tasks.


c. Human Resources- Human Resources is the most important of the organization which manage recruitment process and also they do train the solders. They make and handle player applications, take interviews and re-interviews, do background checks, and maintain records of players and in addition this department work with other departments and help them in there tasks as Military Police do to let the organization run smoothly and efficiently.


d. Black ops- The speciality of Black ops is in conducting covert missions, and also they have a good Hand to Hand training and are specialized in handling any Kind of weapons and in handling any kind of vehicle whether it is armored or non armored, there secondary goal is to train other Legal Org in the combat and give the S.W.A.T trainings. There main target is to keep the base protected and secured with attacks so they also have to guard the gates and make special tactics for the events when the Fz base is attacked or in any other event they are assisting other legal orgs in. I'll make sure that these units will be specially trained by the best weapon handlers and strategist in the city so that they can give there fullest to protect the city and over base.

e. Infantry- Infantry are assigned to gates and they act as the first line of defense, there second job is to inspect vehicles and personnel for proper identification and clearances and also they conduct vehicle searches. The Infantry can also use armored vehicles for the safe transportation of the General or Lieutenant General when they are visiting other organizations for meetings, upon request by the General or Lieutenant General.

Here are three reasons why I want to be the leader of the National Guard:

A. Leading the National Guard would allow me to play my real role, As Serving in National Guard is my passion and Leading the National Guard is my dream and after I joined NG, I have good experience within NG as worked with good leaders In En3 As Well As in En2, NG dint allowed me to go out and have experience of other orgs but still i pushed myself and tried but i keep missing NG and i keep coming back to NG , I Love NG and i have great understanding about rules and Regulation Of National Guard and the roles and responsibility in City.

B. With my NG experience and passion and love towards National Guard, I would work towards enhancing the Soldiers preparedness and response capabilities, making sure we are always ready to protect our base/city from threats. For some people NG is boring as they think there is nothing do in FZ apart from gatekeeping, ammo runs and waiting for any global and i want to change that mind set and want to show the real power of NG and by making the most powerful org in the city and fun to work, I have lot of role play ideas for NG, which is actually lacking in NG but if i implement those then i can make NG a very active and powerful organization in the city, which will help soldiers to be active and enjoyable, Most importantly , I can do these changes only if i get a term , I will try my best to give a real time experience Of Army.

C. Last But not the least, my activeness in NG is very high as im very much passionate about NG , I'm very much active in base/city (10hrs to 12hrs) and will be there to help and assist any soldiers whenever needs a HC ,you will see an most highly Active General ever in the Fort Zancudo.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

A
. As A leader, I would have the opportunity to implement A lot improvements for NG. By Conducting regular, realistic training sessions and drills that mimic real-life situations. These includes Hostage situation, Store Robbery, Security Operations Like Defending FZ and patrols. Training will not only cover tactics but also communication such as radios codes and by encouraging players to use military protocols,

B. New recruits during their probation will be sent to all department to gain experience of all departments and after probation they will given a choice to select the department they like to go and accordingly they will deployed, which will create an HR RP as well as new soldiers will get experience in all department.

C. I Recently Asked Government to put a policy on how to enter the military base with only marked cars for all orgs , which will allow and create a great RP for Military police who will be at the gate to check anyone entering the base by asking their ID/Passport , checking trunks and backpacks for any illegal items, this will make NG more tight and secured and also this will prevent any corrupt officer and illegal weapons to entering the base, like this i can bring more RP situation and will give more RP experience to all Department + Other Orgs.

D. Many Soldiers/HC Don't know About The Shooting Range, Which is near to ATC Tower and Very Few explored these but failed to implement, i will implement this and i will regularly conduct tournaments inside NG for sure and with Orgs If permits and Best record holder, like 20 targets within 15sec or may less than that and will be rewarded by doing this my soldiers will have a great accuracy in shooting.

And these are just few things but i have a lot RP ideas which includes EMS,SAHP,GOV,FIB,LSPD and LI and these Improvements i can bring In without violating the rules and regulation( rules and regulation of the server) and by doing all these, I can bring the great roleplay within the National Guard which will keep soldiers active plus entertain and will create a more immersive, engaging, and realistic Army experience for all participants. i can do all these only if i get a Term.



4.Departments and Their Responsibilities within the National Guard.


Each department will have specific tasks and expectations that are aligned with real-world military structures (e.g., PSF, Air Force, Human Resource, Military Police).

Providing detailed role descriptions to each department will helps players understand their character’s purpose and perform their duties more convincingly.


Human resources( HR ) : Department to hire new soldiers and train them with logs and making them to work in all department as trainee to get skills and knowledge of each department properly under probation period and how to use radio codes etc


Military police (MP) : This Department will Be The Shield of NG, under my term Military police will stand at gates asking anyone entering the base for ID's and passport, checking pockets, backpack, checking them on PDA to find whether he is wanted by state, trunk check etc basically, they will make sure no illegal items or criminals enter my base and decrease the corruption between the officers ,MP have the right to search any officer if they suspect him, have the right to check his bodycam/Logs and basically to keep NG base Clean without any illegal items and corruption and maintaining the military discipline.


Air force (AF) : Department are responsible to remove all gangs/civilian/criminals cars by Air lifting them from the base, also scouting city very often to get intel's about gang activities and helping PSF on their task/mission .


Para SF (PSF) : Para Special Forces of the National Guard is the elite unit for engaging in high-risk cross border situations like Ghetto Patrolling for counter terrorism / Store Robbery / Hostage Rescue / Defending military base and providing fire power assistance to other organizations if requested and will be known as Red Devils(as they will be wearing maroon cap),they are trained soldiers with modern equipment's and weapons, highly skilled, fearless, relentless and they are always ready to pull the trigger and Personally my favorite department. For Para SF “They live by chance, They love by choice, They kill by profession.”

I've poured my heart and soul into this project for over three years now, and during that time, I've hit quite a few milestones and gathered a wealth of experience across various organizations. My journey has led me through a range of leadership roles, from being the Assistant Chief of Police in the LSPD to serving as Assistant Sheriff in the SAHP, and even taking on the roles of Head of Internal Affairs and OO-Agent in the FIB. I also had the honor of being a District Court Judge in the Government. More recently, I took the reins as the Director of the USSS, served as Minister of State under the DOE, and was the Warden/Director of the DOC. I’ve also made a mark in EMS as a Legal Advisor and Chief of HR. Just to top it all off, I wrapped up five terms with the National Guard, where I proved myself as one of the most committed NG commandos.
Throughout this journey, I've not only honed my leadership skills but also gained a profound understanding of how different departments collaborate to keep everything in balance. My time in the NG has opened my eyes to both its strengths and the hurdles it faces. I've noticed how the NG can sometimes be misunderstood or undervalued, and I'm determined to change that narrative. As a leader in the NG, my goal is to not only fortify our ranks internally but also to educate the city on the true worth of the National Guard. We’re more than just soldiers; we’re protectors, leaders, and the backbone of security during crises. I want to showcase the discipline, unity, and strength of the NG, helping everyone see just how powerful and essential this department really is.

My aim is to transform Nat-Ops into a department where members feel both challenged and rewarded. We won’t just be doing the same old missions; instead, we’ll engage in dynamic roleplay operations that keep everyone involved and excited. Being in High Command isn’t just about having a title; it’s about how I lead and support my team. I always strive to lead by example, whether that means joining missions, helping train new recruits, or overseeing operations across our various departments. I make it a priority to understand each area Military Police, Human Recruitment & Training, National Ops, and the Air Force—so I can grasp what each team needs to thrive. Communication is key for me; I ensure that I explain my decisions clearly, listen to feedback, and treat everyone with fairness. Promotions, awards, and any disciplinary actions are always transparent and based on effort and performance. I also value teamwork and morale. I make it a point to recognize achievements, organize events, and keep roleplay challenging yet enjoyable. When things get hectic, I remain calm and focus on making fair decisions, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining control. Leadership is a journey for me, so I encourage mentorship, review our systems, and seek ways to enhance the roleplay experience for everyone. a.I have to prove myself with handling National Guards and Increase the Activity of National Guard as per my knowledge now the main Warehouse is filled by truckers and there is less activity in National Guard I will Increase the Activity of National Guard so all The Organisation have Armoury and they can do their jobs properly without going out of ammonutions and all . I will hire experienced Deputy and make sure my HR will hire active Officers for both Day Shift and Night shift So NG will covered FZ gates and participate all other events like ACC Bank Protection and Subs
b.National Guard is Responsible for Protect the Fort Zoncudo and Air Craft Carrier and I want to make sure that National Guard will Give Priority to Both Globle Events and their Events .

No further Advise as its Perfect RP But need to Consider Martial Law there is no chances to impose the martial law now cause we have given temp leadership thing but we can do that we can impose martial law for minimum 7 days so player will face Dictatorship or the Martial Law and Improve Court Martial thing like Realistically

This sustained activity ensures the organization remains a strong, reliable force that provides consistent and quality role-play opportunities for the entire server.

(2) Fostering Strong Inter-Organizational Relations

We will actively seek and maintain strong, professional relations with other state organizations (e.g., Police, EMS). By initiating joint operations and maintaining open communication, we will work together seamlessly to uphold law and order in the city, which elevates the level of complex, cooperative RP for all involved factions.

(3) Upholding Strict Roleplay Standards

I will ensure all personnel maintain proper Role Play that reflects the high standards of the National Guard. Discipline, respect, and teamwork will be the foundational tenets of our operations. This commitment to structure and procedure makes our interactions more immersive and meaningful.
