1. i want to be leader of families Especially : when i satrt playing on this project for more than one year i only play ass a gangstar in families uz i really love this gang thats why i get some time to learn all the ghetto rules and the server one to apply for my dream now .

2. I have experience in capital attack event with families , I play it as a high command and we succeed (I also play it as a member of the FIB and we win , we protect the governor ) .

3 . I want to be the gang leader because I like the illegal section, it is more fun for me and we can play more role-playing in the illegal section (we can do roberries in all the ghetto and outside of the city , we can craft weapons, we can sell and buy weapons from the black market , we can participate in events from which we can take a lot of loot from the battle ship , fz raid , subs , turfs ... )







3) Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1 . I'm going to do something no one has done before, I can invite players with level 5 higher, if you want to join my gang, you need to tell me your character's history (where you come from, why you want to join families, why you choose an illegal organization, do you have experience or not) then I will ask him about the basic rules by which I can decide on the rank.

2 . I would let the families have the best gang in city , and that's with bringing good deputies (I have a lot of friends I can invite who have a lot of experience in the city so I can take a couple of these deputies , because if I go out of the city they can be active and can do events because they are deputies so they are reliable in my opinion ) .

3 . I will be doing turfs in my first term but if I get any warning for this I will cancel it because I want to make a clean gang with minimal warnings .


4 . I can improve the level of role-playing by using (/me /try /do /todo), and I will play a full role-playing game, not just playing and having fun, so we will be serious in all situations to let everyone like families activities .


5. I have a lot of experience because every time I have sent applications to gangs and I have been selected more than two times , so I can do well in this interview if I am selected again .

As gang plays crucial role in roleplay i will make sure that we have most active members so that doing situation is fun for both leos as well as our gang

Acting proffesional in situation and making sure no toxicity occurs in store robbery , Hostage situation etc

Doing many hostage situation, store robbery, GunStore Robbery and FZ Raid as possible and making sure no rulebreaks occurs in these situation

Resolving conflicts between members through roleplay rather than going Out Of Character

I want to become a leader of Families because I had gained much experience as a Deputy many times I will be a good leader and I will maintain my gang with full of activity and to maintain my activity to do also to maintain my gang with zero warn and be successful and take the dominance of ghetto

The most Important thing is to maintain active in city so to do this I have strong connection in city I am committed to bring active 50 members in only one hour , I will also give the highest bonuses system which attract the gangster to come in my Gang and I will do maximum Hostage situations and I will try to win them which make respect and being dangerous in city

As per experience in city 2 I had see most of the Gangs will disband and some of them will be relying on a verbal or warn So I try my best to run the Gang till end and do it successful and also I am committed to do 100 percent turf I can run the Gang with highest activity at all over events

Improving Roleplay is to do more events in different areas and before joining I will take a short interview for only joining and that will get a basic rank but who knows the rules he can give interview to HC's to get a High commands rank by doing this there will be very low chance of rule break

I have seen people are joining Gangs but leaving too soon due to lack of money in gang I will make sure that I will manage the bonus system very well to hiring an HR who can manage all bonuses system and give the bonus to everyone on time by doing this my bonuse system will maintain
