When I came to city looking for real street life, but what I found is way to calm. Back then, gangs ruled the blocks - Now it feels like the cops run the City. I want to flip that back around, bring heat to the streets, and make sure Families is the name everyone talks about - with respect or with fear.

Building a 24/7 crew
A good leader is nothing without a strong team. I’ll make sure Families has Deputies covering both day and night, so the organization is always active. No matter the time, we’ll be making moves, earning money, and showing presence.

Goals and growth
Some gangs struggle to finish their weekly goals - I won’t let that happen. My plan is to hit those goals early so we can spend more time doing events, situations, and activities that keep members engaged and excited.

More Interaction With LEOs – Hostage situations, planned robberies, and big heists bring great RP.
Reward The Crew – Bonuses and incentives will motivate members to stay active and loyal.
Ghetto Action – Wars and street fights with other gangs make the environment feel alive and realistic.
Keep Members Busy – Events every day will stop boredom and build a strong, active gang culture.

I want to become the Leader of Families because I’ve spent a lot of time in gang roleplay on Grand RP and gained plenty of experience. Being part of High Command taught me how to manage people, organize operations, and handle tough situations, which I feel has prepared me to step up as a leader.


Families means a lot to me because it was the first gang I ever joined when I came to the city. The people here helped me in my early days, and that support stuck with me. Since then, I’ve always preferred Families over any other gang. That loyalty is what pushes me to now take the responsibility of leading it.


I believe I can keep the gang organized and disciplined, while also making sure it’s fun and active for everyone involved. With the experience I already have and the dedication I bring, I’m confident I can take Families to the next level, build its reputation, and make it one of the strongest and most respected gangs in the city.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.​

As Leader, I will make sure that only trusted and capable people are given High Command positions. I want my High Command to be made up of members who can handle gang events, hostage situations, store robberies, gun stores, and all kinds of challenges confidently. Since I’ve played on EN servers for a long time, I already know many reliable people who can support me and help Families provide the best roleplay experience—not only for our members but also for the Legal Organizations we interact with.


I will also ensure that every new member who joins the gang fully understands the server rules and regulations before becoming part of us. For me, quality roleplay comes first, so me and my High Command will never break server regulations. We will always give our 100% to make the gang both fun and respected, while keeping everything within proper RP standards.

-->First and foremost, I want to be the leader of the Families Gang because it is an old gang from the beginning of the Grand Theft Auto universe, and people tend to go for it because of its popularity but now i wanna make it more active and stronger, if I am given the position, I will make sure that Families regains its vibe and that people fear it.

-->First, since they are the foundation of the organization, I will choose the best high command. I will make sure they do not give favoritism when giving ranks, and if I see them acting in a way that favors gang members, I will take strong action.

-->Second, I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make Families the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best.

-->Lastly, I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetto clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. I'll just aim at people and follow high commands so they can learn more practically.

But I also have to gain experience and test my leadership skills by becoming a leader of families because the location of his gang is the best and so are his cars.
2.2)All the gangs have been very inactive for the last few months and the ghettos are also very empty most of the time. So I have to change all this and again create fear among everyone regarding the ghettos by making my term one of the most active terms because I have seen that in all the gangs everyone easily gets 14th rank and they do not even know any rules. Ans : 1) Respect & Hierarchy – Roleplay improves when people respect ranks and roles. Seniors should guide juniors instead of ignoring them. This builds discipline and makes the organization feel alive.

2) Communication & Unity – Teach members to use proper in-character communication. Avoid mixing OOC (out of character) in IC (in character). Unity and teamwork naturally improve RP quality.

3) Events & Storylines – Regular events like meetings, heists, alliances, or rivalries give members a reason to stay active. Creating storylines keeps everyone engaged and avoids repetitive RP.

4) Training & Guidance – New members should be trained by high-command or experienced players. Small workshops, practice patrols, or mock events help them understand server rules and how to properly act in character. Giving Bonus to High Command for per training

I want to become leader of this organization as i think i have the ability to lead this organization and make it best in city with my experience ( Underdeputy of all Gang , DOC Minister in GOV (27) , 2x Cheif in SAHP (25) , Federal Agent (8) , 3x DOC Director in GOV (24) , Colonel in NG (24) , Chief of Staff in LSPD (27)

As gang plays crucial role in roleplay i will make sure that we have most active members so that doing situation is fun for both leos as well as our gang

Lastly i have knowledge as a LEO which will help me in negotiation as i know how LEOS think and what is their weak point and i will make sure to use every tactics to make them bow down to Families and boost roleplay in city

Acting proffesional in situation and making sure no toxicity occurs in store robbery , Hostage situation etc

Doing many hostage situation, store robbery, GunStore Robbery and FZ Raid as possible and making sure no rulebreaks occurs in these situation

Resolving conflicts between members through roleplay rather than going Out Of Character

1 . I am looking to take leadership of families . I have got strong experience, used to be a deputy, and I already have around 15 members ready to be with me. My goal is to bring strong, steady gang activity and make sure Marabunta stays active .

2 . I have experience in capital attack event with families , I play it as a high command and we succeed (I also play it as a member of the FIB and we win , we protect the governor ) .

3 . I want to become the leader of families because , the gang isn’t really active. I believe I can change that. My point is to bring in more people, give them a chance to prove themselves, and make the gang stronger overall.

4 . i want aslo to prove marabunta is active and top in ghetto every time without rule breaks with good deputy .

1 . i want to bring in new players to the gang {5 years old } and help them learn the rules. I will make sure they know how to enjoy RP properly without causing any issues. and the will still keeping everything fair and fun.

2 . i will not let the ghetto and highway safe and families will robe every one see him in ghetto .

3 . i will end my term with 0 warns , that with bring best turfers and members in the city .

4 . I will organize special events for my members (for money) to relax and to be ready to clap everyone.
