1. i want to be leader of families Especially : when i satrt playing on this project for more than one year i only play ass a gangstar in families uz i really love this gang thats why i get some time to learn all the ghetto rules and the server one to apply for my dream now .

2. I have experience in capital attack event with families , I play it as a high command and we succeed (I also play it as a member of the FIB and we win , we protect the governor ) .

3) Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1 . I'm going to do something no one has done before, I can invite players with level 5 higher, if you want to join my gang, you need to tell me your character's history (where you come from, why you want to join families, why you choose an illegal organization, do you have experience or not) then I will ask him about the basic rules by which I can decide on the rank.

2 . I would let the families have the best gang in city , and that's with bringing good deputies (I have a lot of friends I can invite who have a lot of experience in the city so I can take a couple of these deputies , because if I go out of the city they can be active and can do events because they are deputies so they are reliable in my opinion ) .

3 . I will be doing turfs in my first term but if I get any warning for this I will cancel it because I want to make a clean gang with minimal warnings .


4 . I can improve the level of role-playing by using (/me /try /do /todo), and I will play a full role-playing game, not just playing and having fun, so we will be serious in all situations to let everyone like families activities .

Improving Roleplay is to do more events in different areas and before joining I will take a short interview for only joining and that will get a basic rank but who knows the rules he can give interview to HC's to get a High commands rank by doing this there will be very low chance of rule break

I have seen people are joining Gangs but leaving too soon due to lack of money in gang I will make sure that I will manage the bonus system very well to hiring an HR who can manage all bonuses system and give the bonus to everyone on time by doing this my bonuse system will maintain

I was a successful state leader so now I want to try becoming a successful gang leader. Recently I joined Marabunta and I really enjoyed my time there. My experiences with gangs are great, I had a friend from my family that introduced me into gangs and I enjoyed the idea of being a cold-hearted gangster. My experiences may not be plentiful in gangs only under-deputy but I had successful terms in multiple state organizations. I was the leader of FIB and deputy of LSPD, SAHP and FIB. In my FIB term I was the first leader to bring 40 FIB agents to a Gang Raid.

It was a long time ago that I saw an organized, well functioning gang, and I want to make that happen. This is why I want to become a gang leader. I will personally make sure with the help of my deputies that we conduct each event in an organized manner. I also want to ensure that my gang conducts RP in a way where no rules are broken and both parties can enjoy it. I want to make this gang the most organized gang that the server has ever seen.

I also want to make a safe place for new players to experience gangs meanwhile, for older players to have a place to enjoy a more competitive gang experience. To achieve this, I will give out bountiful bonuses to new and older players who participate in gang activities. I will also generiously reward players who invest their time into our gang with promotions and I will make sure that competent deputies to help new players to settle in to the criminal lifestyle.

My advice on improving Roleplay Levels would be to help new players gain experience by bringing them to all of the RP situations and showing them the ropes. I would also encourage them to take part in the RP and experience the joy that I felt when I started out in my first gang. I would have a no-tolerance policy and heavily punish people who troll and intentionally ruin the fun for others. I would also encourage my members to take part in every event even the more unpopular ones aswell. I would also implement a more realistic rank system.

Reason 1- Strong Experience & Leadership Skills: I have previously been the deputy of Marabunta gang which taught me many things when i was solving conflicts in the gang and managing events from behind the curtains this experience taught me how to lead the gang with discipline and creatively roleplaying.
Reason 2- I Know What a Gang Die, And I Know How To Keep One Alive: I might have not spent a long time in gangs but the time which i spent taught me that things like poor communication, inactive leadership, random recruits or no goals can kill a gang by getting disbanded or being a dead inactive term. I thing i will avoid these things with my daily checks running tight and proper rank structure with a sense of purpose not just to hold the title of LEADER.
Reason 3- Too many gangs fall off just because of trying to boost their member count, I will focus on being small with trusty and experience people to keep the gang tight to enjoy actual RP. Because after all its not about having 100 people online rather about having 30 solid ones who know how to move together, You'd know these things from your daily life.
