since they are the foundation of the organization, I will choose the best high command. I will make sure they do not give favoritism when giving ranks, and if I see them acting in a way that favors gang members, I will take strong action. I'm going to be very active and mostly at headquarters when there aren't any events or activities going on. I'll talk to my buddies as much and well as I can to help them get connected to me, and when I want them at any events, they'll listen to me because I've been through all of these things. To make Marabunta Grande the most sought-after gang in the city, I make sure we attend every event and give it our best. I've noticed that most leaders avoid going with members for highway robberies and ghetto clapping because they dislike it, which weakens their bonds with members. I'll accompany them, teach the basics to those who don't know, and give them opportunities to do things so they stay engaged and don't get bored. I'll just aim at people and follow high commands so they can learn more practically.

I have spent a lot of time in the gangs learning how different gangs operate and what keeps them strong. Watching how gangs like the Ballas, Vagos, and Bloods and Families manage themselves taught me valuable things about loyalty, strategy, and respect. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful organization.

I’ve worked as under deputy in the Ballas and Vagos and Families and served as an under deputy for the Bloods too which taught me real managing, leadership, discipline, and how to manage people in both calm and intense situations. I’ve seen firsthand how decisions affect a crew, and I’ve learned how to guide members while keeping unity and order intact.

1) Boost neighborhood activity by showcasing our strength, Regular Turf attacks, and engaging roleplay scenarios.

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

1. I worked as a deputy and Turfer in this project many times and gained a lot of experience with it and I thought it was time for me to be a leader.

2. I saw that only certain people competed in the ghetto and I came to change that by taking the leadership of the marabunta

3. Because of its location and color, many people do not prefer marabunta and it is generally the least active gang and I think that the value of marabunta is not known.

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. II will attend all gang events as much as possible and show people that gangs are not just about fighting in the ghetto and there are events like Store Robbery, Gun Store Robbery, and Black Market. I will show people that they cannot just take ranks and they have to earn them.I will also judge all people equally.

2.1) As i first started playing rp, i didnt know much at that time about the rules and everything. The first organization i joined was gang. I played and really enjoyed it at that time. At first, the gang came as a little toxic but throughout my time i met many cool people who helped me in my journey to become a high command and then becoming deputy of gangs.​

2.2) After so much time i fell like i am ready to now lead something far greater than a gang. I want to build something that is not just an organization but a family, a legacy that will be remembered by many others who come after me. I want to leave my mark and what better thing is than a gang as important as Marabunta.​

2.3) As the Marabunta HQ has very importance in its geographical location. It is one of the most important gangs of all. I feel like i am ready to take on this responsibility and i know that i will be able to manage it pretty well and i believe in myself.​
