I'm an ex-deputy of the families, East Side Ballas and Los Santos Vagos. After becoming a deputy multiple times, now I've learned how to run an org.
2.2 In my leadership, I will do max graffiti; my plan is to perform an attack on the capitol. I will do max-to-max activities to make a fear from the families. In my term I will increase the bonus system to maintain activities, and in the last families' term they were not very active. In my term i will not repeat that i have lot of plans about my term
2.3 One of the most important things I will do is choose the best deputy who really deserves the position of deputy. In my term I will not do any favoritism with my gang members. I will promote those who really deserve promotion. I have some plans to change the ranking system.

1. I have continually been part of the EN02 for quite a while now, during which time I have taken various roles in the High Command of in famous gangs. The experience of being on the leadership teams taught me a lot about how an organization functions from the inside, handling members, maintaining discipline, and keeping your cool when things get out of hand. After absorbing knowledge from various leaders and scenarios, I consider myself mature enough to lead families and bring them the kind of safe and orderly leadership they deserve.

2. While I was in the city, I committed to handling the criminal side of events in the best way possible, from FZ raids and store robberies to hostage situations and quick response situations. I was never the kind of person who would just throw in some random numbers to rely on; instead, I like to do the planning, divide the work correctly, and keep the communication going. In that manner, I want to use the strategy of teamwork, structure, and efficiency in families so that the gang would be known for that instead of just random acts of violence.

3. To me, robbing, killing, and shooting were always the most interesting parts of gangs. It got me further into the dark side of the criminal world and gave me the opportunity to work with different shooting crews. Recently, I was involved in a group that was succeeding very much, but the season was over before we could achieve our fullest potential. This time I want to do the leadership work, embracing it fully, going about it building a gang that would be disciplined yet would have the control of the turf, graffiti active, and going to the events every day. What I want is constant control, not just for a short period of time.

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Keep the gang active daily with proper RP events such as FZ raids, gun store and 24x7 store robberies, ammo runs, and realistic hostage scenarios.
The Leader, Deputies and members should always be in contact with new members, help them during events, and show them how the gang works.
Continue to perform steady turf and graffiti to demonstrate that the gang is alive in the ghetto and not letting the areas go inactive.
Maintain the nature of the gang: no toxicity, no pointless arguments. A respectful gang is always a top performer.
Every new recruit to make sure they understand server rules, gang expectations, and basic RP standards before they ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌join.

3.1. I have seen that in previous terms the rp and leadership wasnt satisfactory. I believe that for better rp interviews must be done. I will take interview of everyone before getting invited.
3.2. There must be an increase in minimum level to join gang. as of now its 5 but I think it must be atleast 10 becoz till age of 10 (ic) a guy is keen to know about rules so he read and remember rukes. By this rulebreaks will be lesser and will improve roleplay and leadership as well.
3.3. Favortism is something that is a big problem in nowadays terms. because of it even capable guys dont get a chance to prove them. I will make sure no favortism is there and will give rank to everyone accordingly.
3.4. I will teach my gang members how to do better roleplay by teaching them some methods.
3.5. I will make a special rank under my leadership "Instructor" who will always be ready and happy to clear doubts and give trainings to new guys.
3.6. to maintain the org balance I will make my deputies do solar plantation and also to collect turf profits every hour.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1. I have seen that in previous terms the rp and leadership wasnt satisfactory. I believe that for better rp interviews must be done. I will take interview of everyone before getting invited.
3.2. There must be an increase in minimum level to join gang. as of now its 5 but I think it must be atleast 10 becoz till age of 10 (ic) a guy is keen to know about rules so he read and remember rukes. By this rulebreaks will be lesser and will improve roleplay and leadership as well.
3.3. Favortism is something that is a big problem in nowadays terms. because of it even capable guys dont get a chance to prove them. I will make sure no favortism is there and will give rank to everyone accordingly.
3.4. I will teach my gang members how to do better roleplay by teaching them some methods.
3.5. I will make a special rank under my leadership "Instructor" who will always be ready and happy to clear doubts and give trainings to new guys.
3.6. to maintain the org balance I will make my deputies do solar plantation and also to collect turf profits every hour.

• I want to be leader of families because i have spent my past most of time in families as deputy and i feel now its time for me to step up and take the command from deputy because that is what happens usually OOC and i also was the main deputy so I am ready to step up from supporting the command to taking full command.​

• I believe i have strong leadership qualities because even though i was a deputy i use to work in gang like a leader and i had full permission from the leader himself because he saw that in me. I also had and have full support from friends and family to take the leadership and make it the top gang again.​

• I would try to push more people to have more fear rp even for going to prison since it is not so easy to get out of prison and overall being in prison is to be feared of being between 4 walls and left out from friends and family until your time is done.​

• I will try to make the gang more realistic by taking more hostages and highway robberies and other events that increase the fear of families gang in city so people think twice to enter ghetto because it is one of the places you could be shot dead or robbed anytime.​

• Have chances and equal opportunity to gang members and there would be no favoritism for ranks and roles in gang. This was also decrease the toxicity of the gang, i wouldn't say completely gone because at the end of day people are liable for their own actions and some people would not go through it and i would fire them instead of them making the gang a not good place for people.

2.1)I have gained a lot of experience by being a deputy many times and leader of vagos too, I know my vagos term not get succesfull but at the starting of my term till the end i showed max activities and i promised at this time also i will show activities more than that and make my term succesfull with 0 warn and 0 rulebreak that is why I feel that I am capable of becoming a leader. When I was a leader, I handled the whole term well. That is why I feel that I can handle the gang well and I have to make the gangs as dangerous as possible in the city.
2.2)I started my joining with families gang, that's why I am applying for Families and its rights are also very good, Families is good in all things and I have a plan to install a solar plant in the rights of Families, so that my gang members get more and good bonuses and they themselves attend all the events.
2.3)I will appoint good and well experienced deputies who also have experience of leadership who will help me in 100 percent turf building and will also be term successful.
