3. Only Experienced inviting people who have knowledge about server and rule can prevent us from org warns so org with low warns is the best org.
4. Commanding in the absence of leader so choosing perfect 4 deputies can increase strong and confident/perfect RP.
5. RP commands will increase will increase quailty of Role Play of each individual so automatically increase RP.

1 - It is actually quite simple. I feel like Gang is where I belong after trying so many things in this city. My background, culture, and traditions are a fantastic fit for someone who needs to manage the Marabunta . Of course, in order to be successful, a fantastic team is always required to fill the gaps. All effective leaders have a perfect team that will provide any assistance required. I believe I have assembled one of the best teams ever assembled to help the organization .
2 - As a leader, I would provide a system for the entire gang to follow and for everyone to have a fair chance to get the rank they deserve based on their attitude and rp skills, which would determine their gang rank and not just them being active and pulling to events, which would make members more satisfied with the system they are involved in, but there will be a strike system that would involve people not showing up to events and not rping.
3 - Not only will I form a nice and strong gang, but I will also ensure that every single member of the gang properly follows RP rules and does not cause any trouble so that everyone may enjoy the server with proper RP. 2.1: After Getting Experience in Both Crime and State and I received high ranks in both State and Crime, which is why I understand the strategies of both criminals and law enforcement officers that will help me in my leadership and now i think i am ready to take leadership of Marabunta Grande as i serve my most of time in Crime Side so thats the reason of choosing crime side.

3.2 Regular training sessions need to be implemented in the existing members as well as the newly inducted members The training sessions increase the skills of the members in communication, scenario building, gunfight discipline, and reaction RP role-playing.

1. In my Journey of Role Play I started as LEO but Soon I Joined the Gangs to get the experience of the Dark Side, Soon My interest increase as time passed and Get the Leading rank in one Gang (Under Deputy 14 Rank) and Perform a lot of Criminal activites as leading Rank now, I think that I am the best option for leader because of my leading skills.
2. I want to become the leader of Marabunta because i want to make the gang side more active, by getting Marabunta i will try to dominate in the city as much as I can I will lead the gang to the best circumstances and make the rp more fun.
3. I will Build a good Turf Team, which will help the our gang to complete the target of 100% Turf.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Hiring of the Best and experienced deputies and Under Deputies will help the gang to be more active.
2. We will try to take max to max number in every store robberies , Fz , battle ships , clands, and also we will increase our activities we will be doing more store robbs
3. I will ensure that everyone gets their bonuses and that it should be reasonable.
4. I will build the Best Turf Team to complete the Target of 100% Turf

2.1) I want to become a leader Marabunta Grand because through my past experience in gangs, i am aware of the responsibility that come with leading a gang. it is stressful, responsible but also exiting.
2.2) I notice that gangs are exists in city but not much active. I have lot of freinds they will be interested in doing illegal activities, fighting in ghetto, doing negotiation with leos during hostage situation by following all RP rules.
2.3) I will believe that with strong leadership, Marbunta become most active gang on daily planned activities like highway robberies, 100% turfs, FZ Raids, Hostage Situation and other gang activities. An Active gang created better roleplay not for gang members also for LEO and Citizens.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1) Favoritism will not be tolerated. Providing ranks based on their activity, RP rules Knowledge and behaviour.
3.2) Equally treated all the gang memeber no matter what their rank the person they are talking to is they should treat everyone with respect.
3.3) Achieve 100% turfs or try to.
3.4) We will do alot of RP event like hostage situation, store robbery, highway robbery, clands and other RP events . I will Make sure that we win with max numbers.
3.5) Spray activities increase to establish the control over ghetto and show marabunta is most active gang in city.
3.6) Provide good bonus for participating in RP events and graffiti activities.
