I am King Amxn and SAHP was my first job in my career therefore I feel a connection to this organization It was where I learned the fundamentals gained experience and developed myself as a player Being appointed leader of SAHP would mean so much to me as I could repay that organization for everything it has done for me and how it helped me through my career For me it will not only be a title it will be an honour and a job.

1(a). I Shadow Preyas whose first org in the city is Sahp, and my first high command experience was also in Sahp and I have experienced 4 terms in sahp



1(b). It is the only org I spent most of my time and also it is my favourite org because according to me Sahp is the most happening org in the whole city.



1(c). I have served in sahp as a assistant sheriff 3 times and once I was all department so I know to handle any situation as I have handled so many.

2. One of my primary reasons for applying for the leadership position in SAHP is my confidence in building a disciplined, organized and motivated group of Troopers. I want to strengthen the foundation of the department by refining the training process with a stronger focus on highway patrol duties such as traffic enforcement, vehicle stops and pursuit tactics. A major priority for me is ensuring that every recruit feels welcomed and properly guided from day one, giving them the tools and confidence needed to succeed. With this i plan to introduce engaging activities and events that keep members motivated and actively involved throughout the entire term.

3. Another important reason I am looking for leadership of SAHP is my belief in strong cooperation between law enforcement organizations. Having served in SAHP, FIB, and LSPD I have seen firsthand how effective communication and coordination can significantly improve operations. I want to expand on this by encouraging joint patrols, inter department training sessions and maintaining clear lines of communication between departments. My goal is for SAHP to stand out as a professional, respectful and reliable organization that works seamlessly alongside others.


3. Advice for improving roleplay within the organization



1.One of my first steps would be increasing the number of in person hands on training sessions led by HRT. While training videos can be useful, I believe interactive and scenario based training is better. Direct involvement allows trainees to ask questions, build confidence and develop communication skills. Practicing realistic situations rather than relying on passive content leads to stronger immersion and higher quality roleplay.



2.I would also like to see more joint operations and events between departments. For example, organizing scenarios where Traffic Enforcement works alongside SWAT in operations that align with both units goals and standards. These types of events create meaningful RP opportunities, help members feel more involved and give them something enjoyable to look forward to that isn't just going up and down the highway looking for reckless drivers.



3.Another key factor in maintaining strong roleplay is consistent High Command activity. From my experience, organizations tend to suffer when HC presence drops after the beginning of a term. My goal is to get a reliable and dedicated High Command team that remains active throughout the term. A visible and engaged HC sets the tone for professionalism, activity and immersion which positively impacts the entire organization.

My desire to become Sheriff doesn't come from power but from passion and integrity. I want to lead this organisation with unity,strength and with full justice to set the standerd that inspires respect across whole Los Santos and Sandy Shores. SAHP is at my top of heart and leading it would be great honour for me . Standing on highways , protecting and saving thousands of lufes of citizens and leos to uphold justice as a officer when no one is looking is the act of respect , honour and sacrifice.

SAHP was my first state organisation to ever visit. When I joined this organisation I learnt from scratch what the things to do in leo , what are different types of events as well as all the processes , rules and laws. Now when I am familier with all stuffs my desire is to lead the organisation and all to help others to learn and seek information which will help them to become good people in future.About my experience I was leader of FAMILIES and MARABUNTA and both the terms were succesful with full activity. Also about deputy experience in state side I was ex DCP and LT.General.

•Me as a Sheriff will makesure that the highways are safe because as the highways are the lifelines that connects cities and people carrying countless journeys everyday. Responsible driving , safety of others and helping others in need protect every single life on the highways and under our jurisdiction will be first priority. Everytime the leos would be patrolling in Highways and near FZ Base as to makesure there is no gang activity nearby if there will be intel would be given in the radio as soon as possible.

•To see that there is no toxicity , conflict between each other or any unecessary chattering in the radio to make the organisation professional and respectful.

Favouritism will be not handled by me those who gonna do favouritism in my term will be getting punishment often.

•To host many IC as well as OOC event to interact with citizens and entertain them.

•To see my officers get there bonuses on time so that they work more harder and give there 100% in each and every event also while on duty and in every moment possible.

•To collaborate with State organisation to make coordination between each other before any critical situation happen also help each other in every possible aspect.


Departmental Duties :-

•As from past few terms I am seeing that HR Department is going dead day by day and they are taking part in different events beside doing there duty. I will ensure that always whether it's day or night no matter atleast two HR officers should be there at hq.

•To makesure that SPEC OPS Department is full active and going to every single event possible and giving assistance to other leos and taking bodycam for weekly tasks.

•Main department which is HWP will be looked by professional Assistant sheriff or Cheif commanders and they will makesure that there are always two cars patrolling on the highways as well as near FZ base during prime time.

I want to become a leader of SAHP because my experience and creative ideas can bring the necessary momentum to the organization, which I believe it urgently needs right now. I also applied to be a leader of this organization few months ago but unfortunately didn't succeed coz i was unable to attend the interview, so I'm trying again to finally make it this time.
Furthermore, I've already got the opportunity to get a leadership of LSPD & NG but i failed the interview, but this time i have believe in myself that SAHP would be a completely new and exciting challenge, and i can get the leadership and experience that I would gladly take on.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
  1. I think the most important thing to start with is to begin with the basics, which is reorganizing the rank system and the units.
  2. I want to further expand the responsibilities of the Highway Patrol Division by having them deal with the troublesome landslides, especially those on the East and West Highways.
    Cooperation with NG regarding training and border controls on the East and West Highways is also high on my list and promotes roleplaying. After all, we are both organizations in the north of the state and not as centrally located as other organizations.
  3. Naturally, under my leadership, SAHP will strive for good cooperation with all organizations, and I can easily imagine that in the future we will again coordinate jointly planned operations to combat crime in the state of San Andreas.

As a leader in the SAHP, it is my belief that highway patrols should have discipline and professionalism as their foundation. My goal is for the department to function efficiently and equitably. I have experienced success in my past positions by being responsible and leading by example; therefore, I am seeking this same opportunity to help make the SAHP a trusted agency.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

  1. Training must match the real world and also be consistent. Regular patrol simulations, traffic stop drills, and pursuit type drills not only give members an opportunity to refine how they will respond as real highway patrol officers, but they also create a concrete standard of RP quality, by which all members are expected to abide when they are on duty.

  2. Pairing new recruits with experienced members increases the confidence of both members and increases RP levels within the entire department. Experienced members can assist new recruits with their radio communications, proper procedures and how to remain in character. In addition to enhancing the quality of RP, this assistance also fosters a stronger team and sense of loyalty among the members of SAHP.

  3. Professionalism is the key to SAHP RP performance. Leaders should consistently remind all members to adhere to proper codes, maintain discipline, and refrain from breaking character while on patrols. When officers conduct themselves as true professionals, it provides an enjoyable experience, and helps SAHP earn greater respect from the other organizations, as well as the general public.

I have spent a lot of time in Legal Organization. I have managed the National Guards Crucial Departments like SOF, MP for consecutively 4 terms. As a result, I have acknowledged the mindset and the emotions of people. I have acknowledged the way to make them as a team and do RP as a leader of them. I have gained enough experience to become a Head person of a department. That is why I am thinking that I may have enough encouragement and feeling confident to take the Leadership. And I chose the SAHP because of my previous relationship with NG and SAHP. So I have knowledge about SAHP and I believe in myself that I can handle the SAHP leadership.

ii) As stated before that I am a part of National Guard High commands consecutively for 4 terms, I have the knowledge about the Current Legislations and its Proper Procedure. 3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization

i) In my SAHP Term, I will make sure that the Hiring process should be done with a real Interview board which will make the organization realistic.

ii) As nowadays it is rare to have any kind of border patrolling and Air Patrolling done in the Jurisdictions of SAHP. I will make sure the borders of the highway will be guarded and the highway will be patrolled with air support as well.

iii ) Inside of my Jurisdiction, I will make a shift cycle process as per as Real Life cops.

iv ) I can have an agreement with the Government and LSPD to open a branch for Insurance process and Licence process to decrease the hassle of the citizens coming to SAHP HQ.


v) To elaborate the worktime, I may include some extra Departments to distribute the work .


Departments :

i) Detective : This is an Internal agency for SAHP, who will investigate the crimes and will gather evidence to support FIB to establish the raids. Maybe in Charter, they have some special jurisdiction access to collect the evidence.

ii) SWAT : Special Weapons and Tactics is designed for any kind of heavy criminal activity which should be mitigated

iii) Elite Force : This is Upgraded version of SWAT whose main Duty is to perform any kind of special Operations and other department will be assisting this department

iv) Human Resource and Training : HRT is the department who will handle the punishments, Hiring and Firing as well as Training progress

v) Highway Patrol : The main Guards of the highways, who will perform the duty to protect the highway safer.
vi) Air Defence : This department will work their duty as the pilot to decrease the criminal activity faster by dropping man force to the Crime location
.

vii) Internal Affairs : The Monitoring department will be responsible for detecting any off activity or Miss activity for all troops and will be handled by the direct Sheriff and his Deputy.

2.1
I want to be a Leader of SAHP because I have been a Leader in past. I was 24th Governor of the state. And I know what it takes to be a good Leader and to get a good term going. As of my experiance as LEO and as a Judge and a Lawyer, I do see how to enforce the law as I have seen it from all perspectives. My legal experiance from all sides of the state organisations will provide pure good to the SAHP.
2.2 I will intruduce/bring back Detective department within SAHP closly working with All other state orgs to enforce the law very efficantly. Cordinating with the Government and Department of Justice for better outcomes and results. My Legal team will be ready to bring everyone to Justice even if people are trying to evade us. My point of view is that there are 3 major departments and 3 support departments which together will bring good results and Detective department will be highly trained to work under presure.
2.3 I will bring the Police Academy withing SAHP. As I have seen new people join SAHP and they need proper training of law. The easiest way to achive good performance from our new recruits we need to have profesionals that teach them how to work properly. Department of Justice and Department of Labour will closly work with us to get good training manuals, which will be explained in our daily police academy lessons.

3.1
Will train units to use radio codes more often.
3.2 Will define the needs of SAHP to GOV so that we could come up to a sulution of any situation needed.
3.3 Will change the loging system.
3.4 Will train people to always have bodycam.
3.5 Will bring profesionalism on the department radio which has been an issue all these years.
3.6 Will work forward to bring Night shift units so that highways are patroled even at night.
3.7 Will train units on profesional tactics on how to deal with hostage situations as that has been a issue for LEOs which causes problems many of the times.
3.8 New ranking system so that everyone has its own role and specific duties to do.
3.9 Have a proper charter of SAHP as that would bring the understanding of the law much better within the org.

I have been in this Organization from past 6-7 terms and been in all the departments with good experience and did progress from rank 6 to rank 29. This would be the first reason i want to become the Sheriff because i have good on ground experience in SAHP.

2.b) I have also supported a lots of leaders of Legal as well as Gangs with running their terms so I can also manage the activity and ensure there are no rulebreaks in the organization and also professionalism is maintained, and as I have two times past deputy experience, I also have good relations with higher-ups and also I know how to coordinate with the administration. Only Chief Commanders(28 rank) and above ranks will have the permission to invite and give ranks and also all the Chief Commanders will be reinterviewed by me and the 102/103, and on that basis the ranks will be reassigned. Also I will be hosting lots of RP activities such as SWAT training program, Border patrols, Legal classes by the District Attorney and many more which I have hosted in the past as well and support quality RolePlay in the Org.

3.b) As soon as I get my term my first step will be getting the charter approved by Governor and AG to ensure proper powers and authority among the high commands of the organization such as Internal Affairs, HR, Detectives, etc. I will also make proper latest editions of the documents of Patrolman's Guide, HR documents, SWAT Guidebook, etc. And most importantly I will ensure that there are always 3-4 officers patrolling on the highways from the Highway Patrol department, who specialize in High speed pursuits and maintaining the traffic and issuing penalties.

3.c) The detectives department which has played a key role in Indirectly Supporting the FIB with collection of the evidence against criminals or the crimes happening in the city will be Active again in my term and the chief of detectives will be directly appointed by myself to ensure that the detectives excel in collecting evidence in each and every situation and hand over the evidence safely to FIB evidence checker( 00-Handler ). This department will be a huge help to FIB in making a raid warrant on any criminal territories.

3.c) The detectives department which has played a key role in Indirectly Supporting the FIB with collection of the evidence against criminals or the crimes happening in the city will be Active again in my term and the chief of detectives will be directly appointed by myself to ensure that the detectives excel in collecting evidence in each and every situation and hand over the evidence safely to FIB evidence checker( 00-Handler ). 2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A1: I served in most of the organisations in the past like LSPD, FIB, SAHP, NG for a long time I wanted to become leader and I was a Leader of gang with a successful term, now it's the time to step up and experience new challenges of state leadership.

A2: the main reason why I am applying for the leadership is Favoritism going on in the state organization which I have witnessed myself. my blood boils when I see such undeserved people at such higher ranks without having any knowledge of IC/OOC this also Ruins Role-play experience for others. my main motive will be to treat everyone equally and give opportunities to deserved ones and make them shine under my leadership which will help them to make their roleplay journey interesting + fun.

A3: As per current scenario what I can see is most of the people thinks SAHP is one of the least organizations specially in the terms of professionalism and making good relation between other state organizations if I get the leadership, I will also make sure there will not be unnecessary conflicts from SAHP side between the state organizations. And about professionalism there won't be any exceptions for anyone there will be a simple thing being unprofessional in SAHP will be directly considered as requesting resignation.

3. Your advice for improving Role-play level in organization.

P1: I will implement mandatory short interviews for each promotion to make sure wise people gets the higher rank as I believe the better people will lead to better roleplay.

P2: I will train my officers with every possible situation, so they don't get panicked/nervous during situations and become the reason to ruin Roleplay for others.

P3: As SAHP and LSPD are the orgs responsible for Leo's training I will make sure to bring best HR team under my leadership, so everyone prefers to join SAHP

P4: I will make sure to be cooperative with other orgs and encourage them to go on joint events like cannabis burst, ghetto petrol etc.

HRT: Human Resources troopers always look out for eligible candidates that can be a good addition to SAHP. They help these people to go throughout the process of hiring.

SWAT: These are first responders which respond to every local or global situation in the city and help the other organizations to make the city crime free.

Internal Affair: These troopers maintain the organization internally. They keep the check and balance in the organization making sure everything is doing well. They check the state of troopers to manage them.

HWP: HWP consist of troopers who patrol the highways regularly making sure they are safe for citizens. They keep the activity of gangs in check through protecting the highways.

Undercover: UD consist of troopers who go undercover and collect evidence of different crimes of different gangs. They work in the shadows to make city crime free.

As I am present in the city for a long time, I have served in many organizations and gained a lot of experience. I have worked in all the organizations like GOV, LSPD, SAHP, FIB, NG, etc. Being a part of the organizations, I have learned many things, like how to manage a massive workforce, how to deal with threats, how to keep my mind calm during a situation and many more things. I have many ideas to make this organization better and more active during my term. I also have my team, who will work on the professionalism.

(B) By working enough time in SHAP, I have noticed some problems, like bonus is not given in due time, arbitrary hiring is seen by HR Department, Lobby is not covered all the time, lack of night shift officers, the HWP department does not do their patrolling properly, etc. If I get a chance to lead SAHP, I will take all the necessary steps to fix this.

(C) If I get a chance to lead a term, I will make sure that the training is properly conducted by the HR Department. Because I think training is the backbone of an organization, if I can train my officers well, then only they can show professionalism and do well in the future.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Arranging weekly meetings:
If we can arrange weekly meetings with the officers we can understand their problems and fix them. By that they will be satisfied and will became more focus while doing their duty which will effect in their RP.

Implementing fair hiring practices: Right now, in most organizations, arbitrary hiring is commonly seen. Which can ruin a term easily and also by that professionalism is not developed in Officers

Enhanced cooperation with legal organizations: If I become the leader, I will always try to maintain good relations with other organizations so that we can create cooperation and improve roleplay

Arranging Training Sessions: Part of my plan will include mandatory training courses, role-specific workshops, and leadership development programs to make then better during RP.

Departments:

Human Resource (HR): The HR department will be responsible for taking interview, Hiring officers and Giving Training.

Internal Affairs (IA): The IA department will check logs, Ensure Activity, check Bodycam and conduct Background check

Highway Patrol (HWP): HWP will perform regular highway patrols and check for illegal acivities in our jurisdiction

Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT): I will take officers who have good fighting skills and their work will be Attending FZ Raid, Store Robbery, Black Market Raid, and all type of events.

Detectives: Detectives will collect evidence and will investigate on them.
