2.1The most important duty of LSPD is active patrolling and law enforcement in the City of Los Santos.
To start off, I do want to be a Leader of the Los Santos Police Department to implement a new system of how patrolling the City is done. I have a clear tactic on how to change the way patrolling is done and also bring other organisations into that. Having a clear system and procedures for the use of Roadblocks and Checkpoints in order to control the City and to reduce the lawlessness in our city. The need for field training and knowledge training has been very highly prioritized. I need the chance to Lead this organisation as my team of people will provide the best performance to the state and many other organisations will Learn from it. I have been Governor and furthermore Deputy of all Law Enforcement organisations (FIB,SAHP,LSPD).

2.2 Better Training and Standards for LSPD.
The Los Santos Police Department used to have a reputation as the most professional and well organised State Organisation. I want to bring back the high standards of training and professionalism for LSPD.
The need for good training has always been needed. Having clear and brief instruction manuals prepared to deal with specific problems or procedures and how our State Police Officers can best deal with them.I will have a good team of police academy instructors which will include myself and HODs from different departments to provide all our units new and experienced ones a new type of knowledge which will help them in the field to perform their work. I have made a new HR manual on how interviews should be taken. On top of that, I will choose not more than 5-7 people to be HR at different times of the day as I will train them personally. I will train my HR team because I have been a lawyer and a Judge for more than 8 months, I have worked with the DOJ closely. I want to include proper department use and proper radio code use for my units as people dont use them correctly most of the time and that just ruins the rp, therefore I will take it in my hands with my HR team to train units on this.

2.3 Better quality of Law Enforcement.
Last but not least, doing proper investigations on the crime scenes and evidence gathering. I do know that if our units will be trained by the Highest standards then the whole organisation will have much higher efficiency on response time, as it will take less time for people to deal with last situation, better resource management which will provide the capabilities to respond to various situations at the same time. When responding to a situation, time is the biggest enemy and to get good, valid, admissible evidence for use to arrest 10-15s.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1

Introducing the Watch Commander and Deputy Watch Commander
Ranks and Roles to coordinate LSPD Activity, Responses to Situations and unit on activity on patrol. This will improve our resource management and ensure that units are not responding alone to dangerous situations and radio communication across the LSPD is maintained at all times.

3.2
Introducing the Detectives.
To bring back proper Detectives who are trained on the requirements of the Evidence Code and can perform proper crime scene investigations, detentions for questioning and arrests and ensure that criminals are punished only where there is clear evidence and that any follow up investigations are done in the proper manner. It is my intention to make this Department more interesting than just being Detectives (which has repeatedly failed) and to make their investigations and activities more widespread.

3.3
Bringing back greater professionalism through the proper use of the Radio Codes
, Department Radio and introducing All Points Bulletin (APB) Alerts on the Department to inform the other Law Enforcement Organisations on Situations, Suspects or Vehicles that all Law Enforcement Officers could be on the lookout for.

I have prepared a NEW charter for the LSPD to use, which explains everything about LSPD and instructs the High Command on how to perform their duties in the best way. For many Terms the Leaders all across the state have failed to complete and get their Charter signed for their State Organisation, I will not have that problem as
My ideal LSPD Charter has already been prepared and is ready to be signed and approved by the AG(DOJ) and the Governor.

2.1 I,Aaditya Ssingh who is currently serving as the Deputy (29) in the Ballas
would like to serve for the prestigious org of LSPD..

My leadership was already shown in past LSPD term (Frank bellic’s term) as a deputy I have worked my blood of making the LSPD Active and professional. I have been worked as Advisory board also gives me understanding of the Departments and interlinkings of the departments. I have serverd in LSPD for almost 2 to 3 Terms.

2.2 I have served as lt.General (29) in NG and while my presence I helped the General to help max with the activity and made NG the most active org of the time. I have worked as CC in SAHP in David Akatsuki’s term and helping him through his complete term. HOD in FIB in Nathan term. I Have also Worked In DOJ As Junior Attorney which Also Gives Me Understanding About Law and Orders.

2.2 (a) I have maintained the very good relation across the state with almost every leader of the state.

2.2 (b) I have a very good quality of maintaining or bringing back the lost image of any org in the city. And I can stand in front for my officers in all situation without differentiating them with their ranks.

2.3 I will make sure that my HR team and IA team will be active alongside of the City patrol Department as in the past term this department was neglected and I think is the most cruicial department for a org like LSPD, as The city authority falls maximum under LSPD

2.3 (a) Me being in the DOJ for long time also makes me familiar with the good lawyers so I can assure about the DA or Legal department of my term will be active and will be there to help any trooper with legal AID

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

As LSPD have very large area of jurisdiction there is so much scope to increase the amount of the role play. Some ideas are following.

3.1 The regular Law classes with the interactive learnings with the officer will increase their interest in the Law and order

3.1(a) The regular trainings of the SWAT in the NG arena and helping NG in their Runs etc will keep the officers engaged in free time

3.2 I will conduct the GP and City patrols with the co-ordinations of the different organisations to maintain the strong relationship between the organisations of the City..

3.3 Regular promotion ceremonies and appreciation ceremonies will be conducted. And promotions will be given on the basis of the activity only..

A. I want to become the leader of Los Santos Police Department. Because when I join LSPD, I will join as a lieutenant. Day by day, I improved myself. After that, My Chief of Police promoted me as a High Command. Because of my hard working, I was selected as Assistant Chief Of Police for that term. I have good experience in the rest of the organization. After getting experience every organization. So I decided to get the opportunity of Leadership.

B. If I become a leader, my main goal will be to keep Los Santos city free from crime at all times. I will always stand by the citizens and help them whenever they want me. I will always listen to citizen's problem and solve them. If I see any criminal activity, I will take immediately action.

C. I have previous experience as Acting General in National Guard. I know how to take responsibility and fulfill my duties as a leader. A1: I have worked in various organizations such as FIB, LSPD, SAHP, NG, GOV. while roleplaying in these organizations I learned a lot. also, I would not hesitate to tell I have leadership qualities whenever I lead organization I lead with honesty dignity and with dedication as well which leads to end with one of the most chill and least punished organization.

A2: while roleplaying actively for 6-7 months and having experience in various state organization now I think this is the time to lead state organizations and to start with leading LSPD while making sure the organization will be one of the most active terms in the history of LSPD and also will be avoiding any unnecessary conflicts among any state org.

A3: with the current scenario what I can understand is state organizations are considering another state org as their enemy just to prove themselves that they are superior and knows IC laws better than anyone with such immaturity there will be only toxicity everywhere nothing else if I get the chance to serve as an Chief I will make sure such thing won't happen from LSPD also will try to solve such if I can.


3. Your advice for improving Role-play level in organization.

P1: toxicity and favoritism are the main reason of ruining roleplay experience for almost everyone I will make sure such words won't even exist in my term.

P2: I will maintain good relationship with other state organizations and encourage them to go on joint events.

P3: I will make sure higher commands of my organization knows how to handle any situation just to make sure they won't ruin the rp while leading it.

P4: I will host IC events with most unique ideas possible to increase the roleplay level between citizens and LSPD.

P5: will host minimum 1 promotional event in every 2 weeks to make sure everyone gets treated fairly and won't feel outsiders under my leadership.

1. I wanna be a leader (or) chief of police of the Los Santos police department because I have a quiet experience of leader like I have been a deputy in unofficial organization and Lt. general in national guard (temp)... so I can manage every everything that which can i do and i will make every LEO'S efforts towards Los Santos police department and LSPD have more popular thab the other legal org.. to newbie LSPD can make rp situation more and we have to make LSPD more active than past terms..

I have more than 1 years of experience in Legal orgs in that my Second legal org was a LSPD from this i am now a good leader and it gives me a courage towards my work and i am currently seeing that every gangstar is dealing the deals on the corners of the city which comes under LSPD so i will make shore active my team to catch them red handed to arrest them.. i will make my term as soon as fastest reaction org in events like store robbery etc...And most important thing illigal org doing drug spileis and s*xual harassment to the city people at the secret wards of the Los Santos.. i wanna catch them and shut down them for the safety of the city..


3. More important thing is that ranks which is basically shows as who is experience and what post he holds.. As a chief of police i will make all my below ranks equally respect towards all the leo's they should not sad for this they should get respect for their work and there will be no favratisim who is more active they lead bigger rank and who have more knowledege thier will be much more post... And I wanna make My Human resources and internal affairs department very serious about the training hiring management etc...

3.1: I and my team gives equal respect to all the LEO'S to maintain disiplane and courage.

3.2: there will be no drugs and illegal dealings and no harassment at los Santos City

3.3: No one will enter los santhos or exit without checking the goods and trunks..

3.4: We do petroling everytime... To maintain Los Santos peace.

3.5: I will make sure that people use /me /try /do for proper rp.

3.6: As leader I will make sure that there is no favouritism at all.

3.7: I will make my mails everytime active with events without any distrubance... With logs..

3.8: i promise that the no illigal and darker dealings at the Los Santos.. we are 24/7 active for that....

3.9: i make sure bad people fear towards Los Santos of my serious works to maintain Los Santos peace city..

27.District Attorney- Covers the Law side and will give Law training to officers.

(i) I Have been member of legal organization for a long time encompassing in En 2 and i believed that iam enough qualified to lead this orgnaization, i have always been dedicated towards leading an organization if it was as a deputy or as a high command. Iam confident that i can manage to lead LSPD very well by selecting perfect individuals to help me. and so we will be able to bring essential service for citizens.
(ii) From observing LSPD in previous term i have notice challenges with unit availability and overall activity .
my goal is to ensure LSPD remains active at all times all department will be appointed on the basis of their experiance i plan to organize regular events, operations, and training sessions that will help our officers stay engaged and motivated.
(iii) As i previously served as Assistant Chief Of Police and Assistant General i understand how to keep and organization active,structure and professional. I will make that the Human Resources Department Is doing their work properly and hiring perfect individuals that are ready to serve the city and the citizens with all of their will. once thing i want to change the most is my officer being professional cause in the past few terms of any organization the one thing i have noticed the most is that the officers are just fooling around which is fine but when being in situation an officer should be professional to handle it well. i'll also ensure fairness within the department,where every member, from Rookie to a High Command officer,is treated equally and respected.

(i) Communication is the most important thing whether its about communicating with your fellow officer or with the other organizations.
(ii) Avoid favoritism when assigning ranks or duties.Everyone deserve respect and fair treatment.
(iii) Certification is can be very important to create engaging role-playing experiance and prevent bored.
(iv) A leader should always have great relations with other leaders as well to operate smoothly.
(v) Encourage proper use of roleplay command in LSPD/me turns on the CCTV, /me Put/Take The Badge from the Locker ETC.
(vi) Regular checkpoint Should be held to maintain Law enforcement realism.

To uphold law and order



As a law enforcement officer, my primary goal is to protect the integrity of Los Santos. This current role of LSPD leadership will enable me to create ice values in justice, fairness, and order in regard to keeping our city safe.



To Promote Leadership within the Department



A true leader does more than just direct work. A true leader promotes and inspires others to be great. I desire every officer to represent values we believe in and have pride in their badge, serving under a command that believes in courage, honor, and team work.



To Establish a Strong Chain of Command



Structure creates stability. I intend to strengthen the internal chain of command; each rank will learn and understand its duties and responsibilities in addition to the importance of their role in communication with other ranks.





Leaving a Legacy of Honor and Service





Leaders leave a legacy. I want to be remembered for returning the badge to it's proud self again, returning the department to stability, and creating an LSPD that truly serves and protects the people of Los Santos for all the right reasons.





Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I will make sure the Officers stay professional while they are on duty. I will make sure to avoid unnecessary chatter on radio. I will make sure that the officers follow proper chain of commands and be respectful towards others.



I will make sure my officers don't always resort to shootings. I will promote the use of non lethal weapons while catching criminals who try to evade arrest.



In collaboration with the National Guard I plan to implement weekly training programs to all of my officers so that they become efficient in shooting during serious situations or gunfight.



I plan on introducing a new rank and division which is Air Support and the rank will be called as Air Support Officer (ASU) which will specialize in handling helicopters and drones and it will be the mix of Detective and SWAT.
