2.1 So, honestly, my first wish to be the leader of this organization is because FIB is one of the first and main organizations on this server because everything revolves around it. Of course, I don't think it's the most important one, but it can do and is the most things to do in it. I would really like to be given a chance to lead such an organization and I would like to show that I can successfully lead it, although this organization is not easy to lead at all, but I have my people who will help me and of course with my knowledge gained on this server as well.
2.2 I have served as lt.General (29) in NG and while my presence I helped the General to help max with the activity and made NG the most active org of the time. I have worked as CC in SAHP in David Akatsuki’s term and helping him through his complete term. HOD in FIB in Nathan term. I Have also Worked In DOJ As Junior Attorney which Also Gives Me Understanding About Law and Orders.
2.2 (a) I have maintained the very good relation across the state with almost every leader of the state.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1
We will create a special bug for confidential people from all over the state who are in the shadows and we will be in contact with them, as well as with informants. This is an opportunity to help everyone and also us if needed .
3.2
As the leader of the FIB, I would take advantage of the fact that the administrators added the activity of informal families, so that the FIB would also pay attention to actively recording evidence against these families, which would lead to raids on them. There have been almost no raids on families, and I think that would greatly improve RP for us and for other organizations.
3.3
As the leader of this important organization, I would try to reduce conflicts between all employees of other organizations and my organization during hostage situations, gunfights, robberies, and so on, because lately I have seen and heard everyone arguing and talking in unison. I also want to have excellent cooperation with other organizations because I need them very much to lead an active FIB .

3.3 (a) I have noticed that there is too much toxicity and inappropriate behavior in the FIB lately. The FIB agents are behaving badly towards members of other organizations and preventing them from doing their jobs properly because the FIB is the second strongest organization. That will be the first thing I will not allow my members to do because I believe that all organizations are equally important, and I do not want my members of the FIB to ruin the RP that members of other organizations would like to have. I also want to have excellent cooperation with other organizations because I need them very much to lead an active FIB.

3.3 (b) I would also constantly create realistic simulations of hostage situations and other actions in cooperation with other organizations so that all organizations can prepare and be focused on effectively defending the store and defending the hostages from criminal gangs !

4. Things I would do

• My ranks are designed so that not everyone can start at HC. Everyone would have to prove themselves through roleplay over time and get the rank they deserve.
• I would make the FIB a really good organization and I would add a lot of things to it that you will see for yourself if I take it, I have a lot of ideas .
• I would try to keep an eye on the FIB all the time, which means I would follow every member and explain to them how to record evidence, how to work as our member and what they should do because it is really difficult to put together a Case-File if we don't have good evidence and that is one of the reasons for me to improve RP on this server in the FIB .
• I would be honest and fair to everyone, that's what I mean when I need to show that leadership so that everyone listens to me I would have to be a little stricter, of course I'm relaxed so everyone can relax around me when needed and when there are serious situations everyone should be normal and calm in RP !

I want to become the Leader of FIB because I have spent a long time working in legal organizations and I believe I have gained enough experience to successfully manage the bureau. During my journey I have served as FIB HOD FIB USM FIB STF Unit Commander LSPD Chief of Staff LSPD SOP and DOC Director. These positions helped me understand leadership investigations tactical operations and organizational management.

FIB is one of the most important organizations in the state because it is responsible for intelligence gathering investigations evidence collection and major operations against criminal organizations. I want to ensure that FIB remains active organized and respected while providing quality roleplay for both legal and illegal factions.

One of the things I have noticed is that many agents focus only on raids and major operations. I want to encourage more investigation-based roleplay where agents spend time gathering evidence building cases conducting surveillance and working with other legal organizations before taking action. This creates better roleplay and gives agents more responsibilities.

I am also highly active and spend several hours online every day. This allows me to supervise departments assist members organize operations and make sure the organization remains active. I believe leadership should be available to its members rather than appearing only during important situations.

My experience on both the legal and illegal sides has helped me understand how criminal organizations operate. Having served in leadership positions inside gangs as well as legal organizations gives me a broader understanding of the server and allows me to make better decisions during investigations and operations.

If selected as Leader my goal will be simple. Keep FIB active maintain discipline improve investigations and create an environment where agents can grow and enjoy their roleplay experience.

3. Your Advice for Improving RolePlay in the Organization

I believe FIB roleplay becomes much better when investigations are treated as a priority. Instead of focusing only on raids agents should spend time collecting evidence monitoring criminal activity preparing reports and building strong cases before taking action.

I would encourage more cooperation between FIB LSPD NG GOV and DOC. Joint operations intelligence sharing and coordinated investigations can create better roleplay and improve communication between organizations.

Training is also very important. New agents should learn how to conduct investigations prepare reports collect evidence and handle operations professionally. Regular training sessions can help maintain standards across the organization.

Another area I would focus on is internal activity. Department meetings training exercises investigation competitions and operational briefings can help keep members motivated and involved.

Leadership should remain approachable. Members should feel comfortable asking questions sharing suggestions and discussing concerns. An organization grows faster when leadership communicates with its members and listens to their feedback.

Overall I want FIB to be known for strong investigations professionalism activity and teamwork while maintaining a positive roleplay environment for everyone.

- The members of this organization should be encouraged to participate in well scripted roleplay scenarios rather than engaging in minimalistic ones. Better quality roleplays will benefit both the organization and the server community.

- There may be a mentoring system in which older members mentor newbies in how to conduct themselves during FIB roleplays.

- More undercover operations and intelligence based roleplay events need to be organized these types of activities provide unique roleplaying opportunities.

- Members need to be trained in conducting a real life investigation procedure from collecting evidence to interrogating suspects and writing reports.

2.1 Being part of city for almost a year I feel the position of most professional and responsible organistion organistion is held by FIB organistion. As it plays very important role in controlling crime structure of city

2.2 I have lead the SAHP in the past and outcome of that was very active and proffesional organisation and now I feel to add a touch of more strategic and planned operations and FIB suits best for it. And it will be opportunity for me to help the city to set free for crimes

2.3 I have spent 1/3rd of my RP life doing special operations and busting criminals in ghetto being a agent or UC in FIB and I think the experience I have gained through them should be spread throughout the passionate agents who are willing to contribute in RP
I have spent working as Assistant director, UC agent , 00 handler and have also learnt about case files required to do raids

2.4 also it would be an achievement for me and city to lead prime organisation of city successfully

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 Although FIB has the top notch role play but I would add some gate duties during specific times so whenever someone visits to join they don't have to wait someone to attend them. Although it would not be compulsary but will keep it priority

3.2 I will conduct regular operations other than Black Market raid and gang raids to keep the agents involved rather than sleeping in closet area. Also would try to conduct atleast 2 ghetto patrols kr city patrols a day. Also I will try to conduct atleast 1 promotion ceremony each week to appreciate the hard work

3.3 irrespective of rank all agents will get chances to lead operations( small ghetto busy or wanted vehicle busts, drug bust etc)rather than just high commands leading. Which will give lower ranks to feel equal and it will grow more dedications to work harder for higher ranks rather than asking on OOC platforms

3.3 Me being Ex-Sheriff , Ex- DOJ sr. Attorney , Ex 28 of all legal organisation will always act as a front end to increase RP in any organisation i serve. Also my lawyer experience and my knowledge towards Law and order will help organisation and its high commands to use law and order like a weapon in many situations.

3.4 As seen previous also that my relation with all organisations has been very pious and very trustworthy irrespective of the deeds of other leaders and I have always been cooperative to all leaders and orgs.

Conclusion : My main motive will be to complete maximum raid season done till now and to carry on legacy of the prestigious organisation

- Rather than concentrating on getting things done, I would advise agents to come up with role play situations that are realistic and thorough. Good investigation and interrogation, and good reports will provide a better time for all FIB members and indeed the whole server.

2.1 The first reason is that I have a clear vision and excellent abilities. I believe that every successful Leader must know how to lead his team in an effective way. I know that as the leader of the FIB I could set a clear work structure, organize shifts, special training and operations, and exercises in cooperation with other organizations... My goal is for the FIB to function professionally as before, to gain great importance, to stand out in terms of Role Play and seriousness, because after all, it is the FIB... we can say the most important organization in the entire Grand, this is the organization from which the greatest roleplay can be drawn, and I will do my best to make it so, and each member knows his or her duty and that order and discipline are maintained at all times.

2.2 The second reason is that I know how to balance between serious RP and fun. I am aware that RP must be of high quality, but also interesting. As a leader, I would try to provide everyone with the opportunity to progress, to develop their Role Play during (arrests, evidence...), but also to enjoy everything that the FIB as an organization can offer. I don't want FIB to be just a "job", but also a place where members will feel like part of a serious, but fun team that I hope will expand and become more professional day by day.

2.3 And finally, the 3rd reason is that I try to behave professionally, to respect the server rules and to be an example to others, of course, to give them help where they get stuck and don't know. Regardless of whether I am the leader and they are a member of the organization, we are all members of the community or the organization and we should respect each other equally regardless of position. I would have time for everyone and I think that is the key to a better organization of professionalism and unity. I believe that through my experience so far, I have gained the trust of the community, and that as a leader I would have the support of the players. Authority does not come only from position, but from the relationships I build with people - and that is exactly what I have been working on since day one.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 Agents would not react impulsively - the FIB acts quietly, planned and professionally. They would use code names and codes in communication, as well as just strict respect for hierarchy, because when we call someone on the radio by name in large groups of people around us they hear everything and thus give away the agent's secrecy, while using codes the secrecy is maintained within the FIB.

3.2 I would draw attention to the 00 agents who have lost the meaning of their rank and I would do my best to return that rank to the meaning it actually serves as the most elite unit of the FIB that goes undercover and they would have a strict rule that they only respond to me and my deputies. Undercover roles of 00 Agents (false identity). Uses secret meetings, surveillance and secret filming. They do not reveal their identity without a strong RP reason. This improves Role Play because it gives realism and experience.

3.3 Role Play biographies Those who would have a corrupt biography within the organization would not use it at all times for corrupt purposes, but even then for the benefit of law enforcement and collecting evidence in an easier and more efficient way. For example, they would put on the clothes of a certain gang and infiltrate among them, finding out information about further robberies/hostages and kidnappings, while having a recording from a real source and it would also lead to better organization, they will also help to get confessions for the organization to get gangs information's.

3.4 Communication is key in any organization, and especially in the FIB. I would create clearly defined codes for talking on the radio, such as using codes (e.g. 10-4, 10-2, etc.) during interventions. I would also ensure that all members are trained to accurately use information through codes (HC would be in charge of such things as training), especially in situations such as pursuits, raids or emergency interventions. This would allow the organization to act professionally, which contributes to the realism and quality of the RP.

3.5 As for evidence, there would be a MOSSAD unit that is in charge of evidence specifically like 00 Agent, those two units only work on evidence and nothing else but there will of course be other units like the special ones that deal with arrests and special actions with their superior leader (UAT), and the one in charge of cannabis and seizures (DEA), but everyone can record evidence and send it to the FIB Discord to a specific section. Practicing recording evidence in the FIB in crisis situations is very important, because such situations often occur suddenly and last for a short time. For example, during a shooting or some other dangerous action, agents do not have much time to think, so they must react quickly and accurately. Therefore, the training develops the ability to immediately turn on the recording camera and record evidence in stressful conditions. It is important to record everything necessary without wasting time on irrelevant details. Also, the exercise helps agents stay calm and focused, because panic can lead to the omission of important information. The goal is for the recording to be clear, useful, and usable later in the investigation, even if it was made in a very short time.

2.1) I joined San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) as my first legal organization as suspended rank and by gaining experience and learning rules and regulations then i got up to rank of Assistant Sheriff/Chief Commander of SWAT department. Then I got my transfer to National Guards(NG) as a Senior Warrant Officer then by gaining experience i got up to the rank of Assistant General of Special Operation Force(SOF). I joined Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) as Senior Patrol Officer and i got promoted to rank of Assistant Chief of Police in SWAT Department then i joined FIB as Black Hawk Agent going undercover to blow up gangs secret. For my hard work and consistency i got up to rank of Assistant Director/Operation Director of Spec Ops Department and Undercover Department.

2.2) I will ensure that FIB works smoothly with all legal organization. I have experienced all the legal orgs that's why i know how important it is to share information. My main aim is to ensure that all legal orgs works smoothly without any dispute and confusion being as a single strong team during events.
