2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 So, honestly, my first wish to be the leader of this organization is because FIB is one of the first and main organizations on this server because everything revolves around it. Of course, I don't think it's the most important one, but it can do and is the most things to do in it. I would really like to be given a chance to lead such an organization and I would like to show that I can successfully lead it, although this organization is not easy to lead at all, but I have my people who will help me and of course with my knowledge gained on this server as well.
2.2 I have served as lt.General (29) in NG and while my presence I helped the General to help max with the activity and made NG the most active org of the time. I have worked as CC in SAHP in David Akatsuki’s term and helping him through his complete term. HOD in FIB in Nathan term. I Have also Worked In DOJ As Junior Attorney which Also Gives Me Understanding About Law and Orders.
2.2 (a) I have maintained the very good relation across the state with almost every leader of the state.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1
We will create a special bug for confidential people from all over the state who are in the shadows and we will be in contact with them, as well as with informants. This is an opportunity to help everyone and also us if needed .
3.2
As the leader of the FIB, I would take advantage of the fact that the administrators added the activity of informal families, so that the FIB would also pay attention to actively recording evidence against these families, which would lead to raids on them. There have been almost no raids on families, and I think that would greatly improve RP for us and for other organizations.
3.3
As the leader of this important organization, I would try to reduce conflicts between all employees of other organizations and my organization during hostage situations, gunfights, robberies, and so on, because lately I have seen and heard everyone arguing and talking in unison. I also want to have excellent cooperation with other organizations because I need them very much to lead an active FIB .
3.3 (a) I have noticed that there is too much toxicity and inappropriate behavior in the FIB lately. The FIB agents are behaving badly towards members of other organizations and preventing them from doing their jobs properly because the FIB is the second strongest organization. That will be the first thing I will not allow my members to do because I believe that all organizations are equally important, and I do not want my members of the FIB to ruin the RP that members of other organizations would like to have. I also want to have excellent cooperation with other organizations because I need them very much to lead an active FIB.
3.3 (b) I would also constantly create realistic simulations of hostage situations and other actions in cooperation with other organizations so that all organizations can prepare and be focused on effectively defending the store and defending the hostages from criminal gangs !

4. Things I would do
- My ranks are designed so that not everyone can start at HC. Everyone would have to prove themselves through roleplay over time and get the rank they deserve.
- I would make the FIB a really good organization and I would add a lot of things to it that you will see for yourself if I take it, I have a lot of ideas .
- I would try to keep an eye on the FIB all the time, which means I would follow every member and explain to them how to record evidence, how to work as our member and what they should do because it is really difficult to put together a Case-File if we don't have good evidence and that is one of the reasons for me to improve RP on this server in the FIB .
- I would be honest and fair to everyone, that's what I mean when I need to show that leadership so that everyone listens to me I would have to be a little stricter, of course I'm relaxed so everyone can relax around me when needed and when there are serious situations everyone should be normal and calm in RP !
Note: Although i do not have a deputy experience In fib but i am well aware of the regulation and work system of that position because of my very close working with the leader's and deputies...
