3. Your advices for Improving Roleplay level in organization.
• No toxicity should happen in the org and i will try my best to not keep any toxic player in the org as i have seen the most toxic people you can find any org is gang so i will try to avoid it
• There should be proper Rp followed as i have seen gangs getting warning easily due to their rule break and i will try my best to not let any of my member do a rule break and should follow the proper RP script.

a) I have been in the city for more than 3 years now in Grand RP and i have experienced illegal organizations more then legal organizations. Recently i was the deputy of The Families, so now i think i am ready to be a leader of this organization because i was observing everything as a deputy and working hard to keep the term active through events.
b) I will only hire people who knows the basic city rules which will lead to better roleplay without any warnings. And i will not tolerate favoritism those who are worthy will receive ranks of HCs and most importantly everyone should know English else it will effect the flow of roleplay.
c) I observed very carefully every gang interaction with leos and also gangs events. So i know every single details which will improve the roleplay and activity. And i also loved the green color of The Families.

a) As a leader i will help gang members to understand about the basics rules so that they dont effect their and others roleplay.
b) I will hire people who are most active especially during events which will lead to increase in activity and roleplay.
c) I will give more bonus during my term so that every members get motivation to participate in events.

I can take the tough decisions make sure the people who follow me don’t just survive but thrive and ultimately leave a legacy that changes the Lifestyle of every Gang members. And Also I was a leader at Unofficial fam Its name is Eraze. I have some experience in Unofficial org.
2.2 Since I started my journey to become a leader of the gang I start doing hard work day and night I try too attend all the possible events I can. I got high command in all the gangs I try every possible thing to become a gang leader after several years. I visited many types of Organization for experience and Knowledge
Now I am ready to become a gang leader.
