This Will Reduce Mistakes And Improve RP Quality.

2.1 I definitely deserves to be the the leader of Los santos police department as i have much past experience as Ex Temp General and Ex Under sheriff, Ex 00 handler, LSPD Advisory Council , Ex FIB Operations Director.I have gained experience from legal organisation too much that now i applied for the leader.

2.2 Los santos police department play an important role to make city safer and reduce criminal activities. Mainly if i got the leadership i will focus on my goals which are making my term active more than the previous one, hiring will be done by experienced people , training should be given properly to new players , logs should be correctly, complying with the demands of curators and will complete 25 ic events.

2.3 The departments i will be taking in my term will be:
3.1 Human resource: This department is the most important in the whole organisation. This department will hire and give proper training to people and will be lead by experienced players.,
2.3.1 Internal Affairs: this is the second most important as it will keep an eye on the work of every unit of LSPD .
2.3.2 SWAT: Third most important department which will contain the units whom aims are too good and able to risk there life in danger
2.3.4 Traffic Enforcement Units: Its the most important department to protect city from criminals as it will work by patrolling in the city and catch the criminals.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 there will be no toxicity in whole organisation,
3.2 there should be no favourtism , each and every rank will be given after an interview.
3.3 There is will be full transparency in the whole organisation each and every person will be included in decsion making.
3.4 New players will be given proper training so they could improve the roleplay
3.5 I will host promotion ceremonies and bonus will be given to each units every week.
3.6 Public events will be held to make the roleplay more interested.
3.7 Weekly tasks will be completed on time and will comply with the demands of the curators

A1: I have worked in various organizations such as FIB, LSPD, SAHP, NG, GOV. while roleplaying in these organizations I learned a lot. also, I would not hesitate to tell I have leadership qualities whenever I lead organization I lead with honesty dignity and with dedication as well which leads to end with one of the most chill and least punished organization.

A2: while roleplaying actively for 6-7 months and having experience in various state organization now I think this is the time to lead state organizations and to start with leading LSPD while making sure the organization will be one of the most active terms in the history of LSPD and also will be avoiding any unnecessary conflicts among any state org.

A3: with the current scenario what I can understand is state organizations are considering another state org as their enemy just to prove themselves that they are superior and knows IC laws better than anyone with such immaturity there will be only toxicity everywhere nothing else if I get the chance to serve as an Chief I will make sure such thing won't happen from LSPD also will try to solve such if I can.

** How I Will improve Role-play level in organization.

1: toxicity and favoritism are the main reason of ruining roleplay experience for almost everyone I will make sure such words won't even exist in my term.

Ans.

1. In order to improve the quality of roleplay.
It is obvious that roleplay is an important aspect of roleplay experience. Hence, I would like to make sure that we do proper RP while organizing appropriate patrols, investigations, training and tactical operations.

2. To improve the HR/ training system
To improve the HRT of LSPD i have been to lot of orgs and saw that the HR is not what is used to be there In order to develop the department, there must be qualified officers. That is why, as the Leader of the LSPD, it will be my job to ensure that LSPD has one of the best training system.

3. Bring back detective department.
I would like to bring back detective department as it has been removed from the LSPD. Bringing back detective department will improve investigations, case solving and gather evidence more effectively as detective department can handle difficult cases.

4. strengthening the current TEU Department.
As of this time TEU has been a bit inactive i would like to improve its activity as it would improve the road safety and ensure the enforcement of the current traffic rules.

3. Your Advice for Improving Roleplay Level in organization
1). As it is the Org that most people join when they come to city training of the officers needs to be done consistently when it comes to communication, procedures, and tactics. There should be proper training sessions to understand the law and procedure better as i believe people should experience in order to understand.

2). Patrols and meetings need to be conducted to improve the Law enforcement in the city. Real life examples such as investigations, interrogation, and traffic stops Should be used in role playing.

3). lately i have seen officers are not doing proper roleplaying as it has lead to some Unrealstic situations. Officers needs to be punished if they are doing any mistakes.

4). At this time most of the legal org have made enemies out of other legal org i would like to fix that as much as i can from the side of LSPD.

Reasons:

1. I wanna be a leader (or) chief of police of the Los Santos police department because I have a quiet experience of leader like I have been a deputy in unofficial organization and Lt. general in national guard (temp)... so I can manage everything that which can i do and i will make every LEO'S efforts towards Los Santos police department and LSPD have more popular that the other legal org.. to newbie LSPD can make rp situation more and we have to make LSPD more active than past terms..


2. I have more than 1 years of experience in Legal orgs in that my Second legal org was a LSPD from this i am now a good leader and it gives me a courage towards my work and i am currently seeing that every gangstar is dealing the deals on the corners of the city which comes under LSPD so i will make shore active my team to catch them red handed to arrest them.. i will make my term as soon as fastest reaction org in events like store robbery etc...And most important thing illigal org doing drug spileis and s*xual harassment to the city people at the secret wards of the Los Santos.. i wanna catch them and shut down them for the safety of the city..

A1. I have worked in various organisations like FIB, SAHP, GOV, NG, LSPD, EMS. After working for a long time, I've realised that the HR departments of almost all organisations are weak and hire without a proper interview system. I aim to fix that issue so that minimal mistakes happen with my units.

A2. LSPD is the first full Law enforcement organisation most players join. Having a proper FTO program and a working police academy will be a priority. All FTO’s need to be properly trained and certified in order to give proper training. Training of officers will not be rushed and bonuses and incentives for FTO’s giving proper training will be given.

A3. Currently a major vulnerability within the city’s organisations is the failure to maintain accurate documentation and logs. Actions like arrests, hiring, punishments, promotions, and terminations get left unlogged. As a current DOL Minister, I have reviewed that many organisations fail in this section. My goal will be to maintain a strict environment regarding this and issuing disciplinary actions against those who don't follow the rules.

A4. The backbone of LSPD is the TEU department. Its recent inactivity has left gaps in city policing. I myself have tried to call police in many desire situations where it takes 5-10 minutes for LEO's to respond. By building TEU from ground up, the crime rate will automatically lessen and citizens in need can rely on LSPD officers and not have to wait for FIB agent.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.

P1. The first thing to do here is to hire experienced officers who will be responsible for training future FTO's and new recruits. Under their expert guidance, people will make less mistakes overall which will benefit roleplay as there will be trained officers responding on street.

P2. The reworks needed in the dispatch system will include officers handling the Radio Communications and Organisation of Officers on Patrol in the city. By knowing how many officers are On-Duty and where those Officers currently are, the LSPD can better support each other in their job of Law Enforcement and respond to calls for assistance by other State Organisations.

P3. If I get the chance to be the LSPD chief, the first thing I'll do is revive the detective's department. This is essential as the burden of gang raids shouldn't just lie on FIB, but LSPD and SAHP should equally help in gathering evidence.

P4. I'll try to make sure that the HighCommands of my organisation know basic law in order to tackle any tricky situations. The main goal here will be to ensure that they are able to handle situations or talks with lawyers without panicking or doubting themselves. Cause as a lawyer myself, I've seen people fumble and miss the most obvious stuff letting even alleged criminals set free.

P5. One of the important things is events. Working as a minister of state, I've seen people engage in recreational activities which refreshes everyone's moods and increases roleplay.

2.1) I want to lead LSPD because I already have solid experience in high command roles from government side orgs where I handled real responsibility and pressure situations. I was Director General in National Guard and also worked as Minister of State (DHS) in Government. DHS especially is not an easy position, it needs a lot of knowledge about city laws, coordination between departments and how everything works together its not just a title you really have to understand the system properly and make correct decisions under pressure

2.2) In National Guard I was handling command duties making sure operations are running smooth and discipline is maintained among members. In GOV and DHS I learned how deep city structure goes and how important communication is between different departments, one small mistake can affect whole system so you need to be careful and experienced to handle it
Over time I learned how to manage people, keep control in stressful situations and run an org without losing structure or activity


2.3) I am also known in the city and I have good relations with many people and families, some already trust my leadership and are willing to support or join under me if I take this position. That will help LSPD become active and stable from the start

2.4) I have support and good relations with many current and ex leaders in the city, and they know my way of working and leadership experience

If I get this chance I will focus on bringing activity, discipline and respect back into LSPD again

  1. I've been in this server for a long time, and I've seen pretty much every legal and illegal organization. Along my journey I have been in High Command positions in GOV, LSPD, FIB, SAHP and NG which helped me learn leadership, how to manage a department and teamwork. This experience has inspired me to use my knowledge and leadership skills as Chief of Police. I’m also a very active member of legal organizations, and I enjoy roleplay situations such as robberies, hostage situations and tactical operations.

  2. Reasoning: Chose LSPD because it is one of the most active and challenging departments. Enjoyable and realistic roleplay, officers active in different situations throughout the city and handling city security, road safety and criminal activities.

  3. I will appoint responsible COS members to run departments such as HR, IA, TEU and SWAT properly. My goal is to make sure officers are getting their roles and logs quickly, keep every unit active during events, and give every officer a fair chance to progress and prove themselves in the department.

  4. I want to become a leader of LSPD because my experience and creative ideas can bring the necessary momentum to the organization, which I believe it urgently needs right now. I also applied to be a leader of this organization few months ago but unfortunately didn't succeed coz i was unable to attend the interview, so I'm trying again to finally make it this time.
    Furthermore, I've already got the opportunity to get a leadership of LSPD & SAHP but i failed to give the interview due to some OOC Issues, but this time i have believe in myself that LSPD would be a completely new and exciting challenge, and i can get the leadership and experience that I would gladly take on.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
  1. Under my command, I will ensure the proper functioning of RP commands. This has been a reason for many leaders to be warned. I will give proper training on the PDA. As learnt in SAHP, any information that is not acquired IC’ly can be used on the PDAs as long as the handle of the unit is an attached to the unit's'

  2. To improve and increase RP within the department, I'll make sure that there will be no favouratism for higher ranks, I will appoint 1 ACP and 2 COS for Each departments, who are experienced, who will help manage departmental activities and maintain proper leadership. An activity-based system will also be followed, if the ACP remains inactive or fails to perform their duties properly, they will be demoted and a more deserving and active member will be given the opportunity to take the position.
Departments I will Formed:
Human Resources (HR) department oversees the recruitment, evaluation, onboarding, and training of new officers regarding professionalism, communication, and traffic laws. Consistently ready to tackle pressing challenges with exceptional combat and tactical abilities. Because as a First person of State, i have noticed many times, that newly recruit officers don't know much about laws, and ghetto rules. And For that i'll hire an experienced FTO, for Training Academy.

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) is always ready to tackle urgent situations utilizing advanced combat and tactical abilities, handling high-stakes operations or terrorism Attacks (Data Breach, Hostage Situation, Store Robbery), or other events like gang raids, Black Market raid.

Internal Affairs (IA) maintains responsibility and discipline, guaranteeing that LSPD stays professional and devoid of corruption.

Detective Department: I Will form the detective department, so that detectives of LSPD can also gather evidence against gangs, and handover it to the FIB, so that their Workload will also be Divide and Legal Organisations will rule over the Gangs, and get easy to do a Gang Raid to seize their Armory

Traffic Enforcement Units (TEU) focus on ensuring City Road safety, managing incidents, eliminating illegal activities, and facilitating smooth traffic flow while upholding professionalism and respect. as a citizen, i noticed that there are many cars left abandoned on roads, which blocks the lane sometimes, sometimes there is so much gun fight. I'll make sure TEU Will be the first to respond such activities, or any 911 calls from city.

2.1 Since I started playing on this server, I have always been a member of a state organization. It has always been my desire and goal to work as a police officer and prevent crime. I have always been in the HC team and now I would like to try and prove myself as an excellent leader. I know both the laws and the rules of the RP very well, my patience and willingness to help others are just some of my virtues.

2.2 As now I am ready and worthy to be the leader of this organization both because of my past experiences in state organizations and because of my knowledge of everything else. Since my beginning on this project, I have always been attracted to this organization and because of that I know how this organization functions, its actions and everything else.

2.3. I Have gained a good experience in State organization and have observed working style of different leaders and their problem solving skills, Now I have felt that I am capable to manage a organization with my experience and make sure that my term will make sure that my term will be even better with all honorable leaders of LSPD.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 I will hold a meeting in organization every 2-3 days, where we would talk about the problems in the organization (if any) and I will solve it with other members suggestions and my understanding.

3.2 In my term me and and my HC team will make sure to hold training sessions twice-thrice a week to make sure every member should be trained be trained and must have a basic knowledge of State and RP rules.

3.3 In order to reduce problems in the organization, I would modify the criteria for entry. So that players who don't know the basic rules or actions of this organization would first have to learn it and only then join it. That would bring best quality members to the organization.

3.4 In my term I will make sure to Hold a Promotion Ceremony every week to distribute bonuses and give promotion to the deserving members based on their weekly performance.

3.5. To increase the relation between member of LSPD and other State organization I will regularly hold such events with other State organization to make a better communication between the organization for better efficiency.

3) Increase in events:
I will ensure that I hold Internal events 2-3 times a week so that every member can experience what its like to do Patrolling , more chases , and arrest every Criminal out there .

4) Toxicity and Behavior:
As a Leader , One of my main Goals will be to reduce Toxicity to the fullest . In my Term I will not accept anyone to look down on others either they are a Leo or a Citizen . In My term if any type of toxicity is done , I will Punish the person responsible . I wont be lineant towards any means of toxicity and will always support justice

I want to become the leader of LSPD because it is not just a organization where we just catch criminal in cities LSPD is the first department where citizens see when they need help, when the city dosent feel safe My Goal Is To make LSPD respected Again by hiring officers who are active and respectful i want to make citizens feel like that LSPD can Control Every Situation They Are In. A2: A person who is only giving orders is not considered as a good leader A good leader is a person who builds a System where every officer know what they need to do exactly. 3. Your advice for improving Role-play level in organization.

P1: There will be no Favoritism in promotions, Officers will receive the rank they deserve, according to the activity, behavior and
event attendance. This will improve the RP on next level.

P2: In my Leadership, i will take personal responsibility for events as well but, my SWAT department will be fully active and will attend most of the event at their most responsibility.

P3: If there are Internal conflicts we cannot run an organization, for that IA department will be handed over to most responsible and punctual officer. If an organization is perfect internally it will run and create best RP experience.

P4: If an Organization does not have good relations with other Organizations it cannot succeed. I will make best relations with other leaders as it is rightly said that "All humans depends on one another". This will create good joint operations without hate for each other.


P5: My PR Department will be fully active to conduct events ( IC Event ) for the citizens which will create good relationships between them and LSPD.
As it is rightly said,

As a law enforcement officer, my primary goal is to protect the integrity of Los Santos. This current role of LSPD leadership will enable me to create ice values in justice, fairness, and order in regard to keeping our city safe.

I will make sure the Officers stay professional while they are on duty. I will make sure to avoid unnecessary chatter on radio. I will make sure that the officers follow proper chain of commands and be respectful towards others.



I will make sure my officers don't always resort to shootings. I will promote the use of non lethal weapons while catching criminals who try to evade arrest.



In collaboration with the National Guard I plan to implement weekly training programs to all of my officers so that they become efficient in shooting during serious situations or gunfight.



I plan on introducing a new rank and division which is Air Support and the rank will be called as Air Support Officer (ASU) which will specialize in handling helicopters and drones and it will be the mix of Detective and SWAT.
