A1: I want to become Leader of LSPD Because I believe this organization needs a leader who is active not only sitting in HQ
And Giving orders. I Will Become Such a Leader Who Will be Active And Will Attend Most of Events And Will make An Example Of Best LSPD Term. While roleplaying actively for 1 Year and having experience in various state organization Like FIB GOV LSPD SAHP now I think this is the time to lead state organizations and If The Leader is Disciplined, Active And Professional The Whole Department Will Follow That Standard
My Leadership Will Be Based On Three Things : No Arbitrary Hiring , Activity And Respect
A2: Hiring New officers is Easy But building good officers is very difficult My Focus Will Not be Only Hiring
many People Into The Organization My Focus Will Be to create Such officers Who Understand Law And RP
Every Officer under my Term Will know What to do In Events and Joint Operations

3. Your advice for improving Role-play level in organization.
P1: I will Create Proper HR System Where Experienced Officers train new members Before They Become Full Officers
This Will Reduce Mistakes And Improve RP Quality.
P2: Promotions Will Not Be based on activity they Will Be Done on the bases of Behavior, Training, event Attendance
And Knowledge Because a High command Must be a Officer With great Knowledge So he can deal with Intense Situations.
P3: Under My Leadership PR Department Will Arrange Public Events ( IC Events ) For Citizens To Make Good Relationship
between Police and Citizens and Make The Organization Feel Alive and this will improve Rp On next level.
P4: I will maintain a mature and non-toxic environment inside LSPD where officers respect each other regardless of rank.
Active and professional officers will receive recognition such as “Officer of the Week” to motivate Them And Others will
