    1- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
    -For a very long period of time, I have been very active in the community known as Grand RP. From my RP experience and mistakes, I have learned many things about this game, such as understanding the rules of this game server, as well as following the guidelines that have been set by the community. An admins can be able to make the game fair for all players.
    
    2- What are your strengths?
    -My strengths are patience, objectivity, and good communication skills. In most of the situations, I can always remain calm and listen to the people the understand their perspectives before coming up with a conclusion. I take responsibility and work hard towards helping other people.
    
    3- What are your weaknesses?
    -Sometimes, I may be pure when it comes to trusting people, as well as too forgiving in some circumstances. However, I am trying hard to gain more experience in evaluating things properly. I keep improving all the time.

    -Being an individual, I know how to handle problems efficiently, I will handle reports from the players in a professional way. Secondly, I understand all about the server rules and the responsibilities of the admins, therefore my ability to communicate will assist me in making proper decisions. I've been in this city for three years now, and the regular RP life just starts to feel like a repetitive grind after that long. Moving up to admin is my way of staying involved on the community. 1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

--> I have spent a lot of time in enjoying RolePlay and I learned a lot during this Journey. I was also a Deputy Chief in EMS, where I gained leadership experience and learned how to deal with different Situations and Players. Now I want to try something new by helping the server instead of only playing on it. I enjoy Solving Problems, Helping New players, and making sure everyone has a Fair experience. Becoming an admin feels like the right next step for me.

2. What are your strengths?

--> My biggest Strength is that I stay Calm even when situations become Stressful. I don't rush to judge people, and I always try to understand both sides before making a decision. I am Patient, Active, Responsible, and I Communicate Respectfully with Everyone. I also learn Quickly and take feedback Seriously so I can keep Improving.

--> Sometimes spend extra Time Checking all the details before making a decision because I want to be Fair. It can make me a little slower in some situations, but I believe being careful is better than making the wrong decision. I have been working on balancing speed with Accuracy.
