   Ans: I want to become admin and leave RP- life because.I already passed 3 years in the city I tried all the Orgs and gather Knowledge. After playing last 3 years its a quite bit boring So I want to go.

    1- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
    -For a very long period of time, I have been very active in the community known as Grand RP. From my RP experience and mistakes, I have learned many things about this game, such as understanding the rules of this game server, as well as following the guidelines that have been set by the community. An admins can be able to make the game fair for all players.
    
    2- What are your strengths?
    -My strengths are patience, objectivity, and good communication skills. In most of the situations, I can always remain calm and listen to the people the understand their perspectives before coming up with a conclusion. I take responsibility and work hard towards helping other people.
    
    3- What are your weaknesses?
    -Sometimes, I may be pure when it comes to trusting people, as well as too forgiving in some circumstances. However, I am trying hard to gain more experience in evaluating things properly. I keep improving all the time.
    
    4- What skills can you bring to the admin team?
    -Being an individual, I know how to handle problems efficiently, I will handle reports from the players in a professional way. Secondly, I understand all about the server rules and the responsibilities of the admins, therefore my ability to communicate will assist me in making proper decisions. I would like to make it known that I am always willing to stand for players and help them.

    -Yes definitely. Since I don't currently own a business in-game, this is not an issue for me and I fully accept this requirement.

I've been in this city for three years now, and the regular RP life just starts to feel like a repetitive grind after that long. Moving up to admin is my way of staying involved on the community. Instead of just playing the game, I really want to help keeping things fair, stopping rule-breakers, and making sure the server stays fun for everyone.
