Reason 1: My Experience

I have been in San Andreas for a long time and have worked in both FIB and other state organizations during my time in FIB I have served in different departments and also worked as the Assistant Director Because of this i understand how every department works what problems they face and how they should be managed this experience has helped me learn how to handle different situations and work with different teams i believe I have the experience and knowledge needed to lead FIB and make the right decisions for the organization

Reason 2: Make FIB More Active

I want FIB to be an active and respected organization i have seen many agents who stay in the department but are rarely on duty or only join for the salary and benefits this puts more work on active agents and affects the image of FIB If I become the leader i will make sure everyone does their part. Active members will be rewarded while inactive members will be dealt with fairly my goal is to build a team that other organizations can always depend on

Reason 3: No Favoritism

One thing I want to improve is fairness I have seen cases where some people get better treatment because of friendships or personal relations, while hardworking agents get ignored i dont think that is right if I become the leader everyone will be treated the same.Promotions rewards and punishments will be based on performance activity and behavior not personal connections i want every agent to know that if they work hard they will always get a fair chance

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

Firstly: Better HR Team

i want to improve the HR Department because every new agent starts from there HR members should know the rules SOPs and how to train new agents properly good training from the start will help build better and more professional FIB agents

Secondly: Better Leadership

From my experience in FIB i have seen that many events and Special Operations were not taken seriously sometimes High Command members were not available when they were needed the most i want to fix this by giving every High Command member clear responsibilities everyone should know their job and be available during important situations so operations can run smoothly

Thirdly: More RolePlay

I also want to organize more patrolling, special operations, training sessions This will keep agents active and give them more roleplay instead of waiting with nothing to do. My goal is to make FIB more active, organized, and enjoyable for everyone

ii) I want to improve communication with other legal organizations. During hostage situations, robberies and gunfights, I want everyone to work together and avoid unnecessary arguments. Good teamwork makes RP better.

In FIB People are recruited from other organizations maintaining the high threshold with the help of my good HR team I will make sure that ranks are not given freely and to the incompetent people..

As per my Spec Ops Department I will make sure that they are good in situation handling and as well as good in negotiate as a taking the lead in operations to an other organization fail to handle the situations... and we make sure that Spec ops department do there fully responsable to train all the units in FIB from the other department as well for backup support...

I will make sure that my agents doesn't abuse any Federal Power on other organizations also I will make sure to have a good and knowledgeable high command team in case in my absence they know how to handle the situations, meetings and taking decisions properly...

we make sure that our Undercover Department I will make sure they follow the legislations and as well as FIB charter while conducting there operations as a undercover operator of FIB....to make sure not have any type of conflict and preventing any kind of unnecessary detention or arrest...and I will set high standards for Undercover department and make sure to put the limited and capable operators in Undercover department....

Reason 1: My Experience

I have been in San Andreas for a long time and have worked in both FIB and other state organizations during my time in FIB I have served in different departments and also worked as the Assistant Director Because of this i understand how every department works what problems they face and how they should be managed this experience has helped me learn how to handle different situations and work with different teams i believe I have the experience and knowledge needed to lead FIB and make the right decisions for the organization

Reason 2: Make FIB More Active

I want FIB to be an active and respected organization i have seen many agents who stay in the department but are rarely on duty or only join for the salary and benefits this puts more work on active agents and affects the image of FIB If I become the leader i will make sure everyone does their part. Reason 3: No Favoritism

Firstly: Better HR Team

i want to improve the HR Department because every new agent starts from there HR members should know the rules SOPs and how to train new agents properly good training from the start will help build better and more professional FIB agents

Secondly: Better Leadership

From my experience in FIB i have seen that many events and Special Operations were not taken seriously sometimes High Command members were not available when they were needed the most i want to fix this by giving every High Command member clear responsibilities everyone should know their job and be available during important situations so operations can run smoothly

Thirdly: More RolePlay

I also want to organize more patrolling, special operations, training sessions This will keep agents active and give them more roleplay instead of waiting with nothing to do my goal is to make FIB more active organized and enjoyable for everyone

In FIB People are recruited from other organizations maintaining the high threshold with the help of my good HR team I will make sure that ranks are not given freely and to the incompetent people..

As per my Spec Ops Department I will make sure that they are good in situation handling and as well as good in negotiate as a taking the lead in operations to an other organization fail to handle the situations... and we make sure that Spec ops department do there fully responsable to train all the units in FIB from the other department as well for backup support...

I will make sure that my agents doesn't abuse any Federal Power on other organizations also I will make sure to have a good and knowledgeable high command team in case in my absence they know how to handle the situations, meetings and taking decisions properly...

we make sure that our Undercover Department I will make sure they follow the legislations and as well as FIB charter while conducting there operations as a undercover operator of FIB....to make sure not have any type of conflict and preventing any kind of unnecessary detention or arrest...and I will set high standards for Undercover department and make sure to put the limited and capable operators in Undercover department....

3.2 I train my units like they are becoming a leader so that in future if they want to become a leader they can and in this term I will make sure that the units are the bestest and greatest unit of all time

After leading major units and bringing successful reforms in past terms, I know exactly what it takes to manage a top law enforcement agency like FIB with total discipline And confidence.

Active Night Shift : I will actively recruit and assign dedicated agents for the night shift so FIB stays fully operational for late-night events like submersibles, aircraft carrier defenses, and bank protections.

Competent Deputies and High Command: I will select experienced, highly knowledgeable Deputies and Assistant Directors who can run the bureau seamlessly whenever I am offline.

Strict Anti-Favoritism Policy: Ranks, promotions, and bonuses will be based strictly on activity logs, effort, and performance never on personal relationships or friendships.

Professional HR and Academy Training: The HR department will conduct thorough, step-by-step training on state laws, investigation steps, and server rules before any agent receives field permissions.

High-Quality Roleplay Events: I will prioritize immersive RP events like detailed promotion ceremonies, award nights, and official tactical briefings over simple radio rank updates.

2.1 I want FIB to start with information, evidence and planning not random action. Agents will investigate suspects, link crimes together and build sound cases leading to significant arrests.

2.2 All departments and members of the High Command will have specified roles. Regularly, performance will be assessed and employee(s) who arent doing their job or who are not active will be replaced rather than being kept in place for the sake of keeping the status.

2.3 FIB should not be a duplication of any other patrol organisation. I will concentrate on federal investigations, organized crime, corruption crimes, threats and intelligence activities. Rather than working as other LEO organizations I will focus on evidences and arrest bigger criminals and threats to state along with other lower level criminals.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 FIB will take on the role of investigating criminal networks as a whole rather than just individual suspects. Agencies will link evidence, vehicles, locations and known associates prior to taking action.
3.2 High Command will hold brief intelligence sessions for agents to receive actual information on current threats, wanted suspects and investigations.
3.3 An independent and trusted body will deal with cases of serious corruption, evidence manipulation, and misuse of power by a government official or police officer.
3.4 Agents will be selected for their particular talents in areas of investigation, undercover work, negotiation, intelligence or tactical operations. This will provide a role for each member that is meaningful.
3.5 After Major Cases and Evidence FIB Will identify and review evidence and on the bases of that FIB will conduct raids Which Will increase rp level on next level.

Conclusion
Overall If I get the term, I will work with full honesty, dignity and hardwork to run the org. And I believe, after these efforts, I will be able to make the best FIB term ever existed.
