2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I had experienced State RP for 2 years, serving in many different org's in many terms from Rookie to HC of all organizations and Deputy of many orgs as well. I had joined FIB as junior agent and worked hard to reach Assistant Director.
2.2 FIB is federal institution of San Andreas that posses immense power and responsibility which makes it very important Organization and to handle it you need Immense experience of State Org's which I posses, also as I had been a lawyer in state before it gives me a upper-hand while managing the Organization and issues.
2.3 FIB is very respected Organization and that brings the Responsibility to Director of FIB to cater all the other LEO organizations and work together with Government to enforce the Law and regulate it. I had been in many different terms under many different leaders, So i understand how to Cater all the State Org's
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization.
3.1 As I stated above, catering LEO org's and working in compliance with Gov is essential part of FIB regulation. Recently there were many incidents of FIB having issues with Government and other State org's. I will make sure not to do it and make good relations with them.
3.2 As I have good Track record of being Polite in department radio and Physical discussions or meetings, I can assure you that i will make sure that My Agents behave politely to everyone rather than arguing with them.
3.3 I will start daily discipline and Law session for my agents, So they do not miss out on any law or discipline standard. I will personally look into it that all of my agents follow my guidelines of Discipline.
3.4 I will not be giving false promises of fair Promotion, I will enforce it on ground. I will make a personal Log where i will put their weekly activity and their discipline and according to their point system they will get promotion.
3.5 I will introduce new events for my agents which can release their workload and boost their energy to attend more and more events.
3.6 I will make different teams and will assign them some tasks, which will increase competitiveness in Org and the team that complete their task first will receive Surprise and all the team members of that team will get roles of the Elite unit which will seek attention of other agents to do well.
3.7 I will assign departments head position to those who would have experienced FIB very well. I will personally look into the Performance of Department heads and will keep eye on them.
3.8 I will make a team especially to handle Gang raid and Black market raid from Front together with Deputy Director and Team of best agents.
3.9 I will do events in collaboration with other state organizations to increase team spirit among my agents and to increase Mutual relations with other state org's.
3.10 I will be training my agents to be future ready for every problem they face, I will train them about how to have a mutually beneficial conversation with other state org's and how to handle state meetings.
3.11 Directors holds the responsibility of making FIB term better, he should be blamed if the organization does not regulate very well, I will make sure I accomplish my task as Director and set a statement for others to be active as well .
3.12 For every leader attending events is what matters the most but I will give equal attention to Patrolling and other important tasks will focus on DEA as well. Not only events but ground presence of an Org is also important
3.13 An org does not become best just cause of activity but by the relations and bond of the organization's members who are the foundation stone of every Org. An org where different ideologies collide and different viewpoints occur. I will give central stage to every ideology and Viewpoint. I will show how an org can be best, if not a bit Better.
