Ok this is my last time trying to explain this simple thing to you, when you do NOT follow the procedure, it is not arrest or detainment, it is kidnapping, which is not allowed by the green zone rules. If this was outside of the green zone, still not allowed for him because it is not in his BIO...

I sincerely recommend you learn the difference between detainment and arrest. This is the correct procedure for the detention of employees of a state org. Anything else can not be considered as detainment. Code of Civil and Procedural Law Article 4.7

As an LEO you need to learn the difference between detainment, arrest, and kidnapping. Even the procedure for detaining/arresting a LEO member is not being followed here. Keep trying though 10 for effort. The bio and the pov speak for themselves. Kidnapping from the green zone to entertain you...

I mixed up the channels and thought it was OOC. Punish me for mixing if the admins see fit but blaming me for corruption seems far-fetched.

Heading back to gov from doc, I crashed into these 2 children driving on the wrong side of the road. After I saw both of them fly out the window, I went back to see if they were OK. No demands nothing and bam I'm shot.
