Killing in HQ

Killing another person without a sufficient roleplay reason he kill me when i was AFK

I was talking to him about joining his organization, so he started asking me questions and I didn't know the answer , so he asked me to leave the HQ and he started counting for 5 seconds, so I run to get my car out of the HQ and he killed me when I was leaving.
