Breaking of Bodycam is only for IC use However you are allowed to record your gameplay all incase of forums etc and to keep self safe so again this has nothing to do with you about my bodycam being broken yes it was and what i can still continue to record my gamplay and there is no rule against...

well normally with hostage situation you would show id and stuff when talking however onone requested and it didnt get to that stage to show id
