As you can see he start shooting without completing command and you can see he is not counting correctly it is UB DEMANDS.

As you can see in the video that guy already gave demands twice when i was in my car then after i came and i killed him because demands were already given i was well aware of the rule that i cant shoot without the demands are given. So i don't know why i got punished for this thing. I request...
