I was ban for "event rule 1.7" not providing POV , actually no one has informed me to provide POV ingame or discord. I was sleeping at that time. That's the main reason why I haven't send my POV. I have proof of that situation check once. proof:

He was using Non accessable roofs in wepons factory event. It is forbidden to use places that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder when event already started and it is not allowed to use highground such as highways which are not accessible from inside the event once it has started./

ID: 59734 Being a Deputy of Vagos killed me in HQ. I revived him HQ and talked for a bit and when asked for kick he acted as AFK, later just ignored and ran away.., when I confronted him he just killed in gang HQ. Proof 2: Asking him to kick from org, he is acting as afk.

As you can see in my proof they did vdm on me to kill. :(
