Got fined multiple times and higher ammounts for no reason. None of them have corrupt bios.

I want to see why I got fined with wrong ammounts multiple times for only one situation. Fine for provoking a public servent is 50k, But I got fined 82k, that too multiple times. I added screenshot of the fines I recieved and also the PCs that FIB use in the proof.
