In the forum, the leos gave multiple random fines and also clearly 246k of fines for provoking a public servent is clear targeting. I requested their POVs for fines, Leos are supposed to have POV of all the Penalties and Arrests they do. I requested POV and admin Rui Ace rejected it <Here>.
The same situation I posted again because is is also a clear violation of Gen 6.4 (Corrupt without a bio) and admin Dave Kipper rejected it saying its should be delt ICly when it is a OOC rule break. It is clear targetting by FIB and they are getting supported by few admins.
