286//18209//2266 <----- these 3 are from the lspd and are higher ups when they arrived they did not do anything to stop them they just let them do as they wish.

"if you dont leave were gonna taze you" the dude starts running away 2 seconds later and you still taze him and then try to arrest him lmfao AND before that you shot 13018 while he was standing their doing nothing 0 shots fired from him. I also didnt even see 18209 speak or do anything. Youre really out here trying to reach for the mass rule break bro u need to learn the rules
