Situation Explanation:
I had just started my shift with the towing truck when I suddenly heard gunshots nearby.
I responded to the location and found one stranger and an LSPD officer involved in the situation.
The main issue was that the individual was clearly engaging in Meta Gaming (MG).
Shortly after, another individual arrived and shot a cuffed person without any RP reason, violating multiple rules, including Meta Gaming and Random Deathmatching (RDM).
After the person was killed, the situation led to multiple rule violations happening at once.
It was a complete waste of time for everyone involved and negatively affected RP quality.
I kindly request the admins to review this situation carefully.
