Rejected Unfair jail time

Hi I'm not sure if this is in the right space but I've logged in today to find I've been put in jail for u driving + cr I don't understand why as I was the one been rammed and thrown over the barriers at the hospital while doing taxi jobs

I was doing this job for like 3-4 hours while having a laugh with my passengers I did report a player to a passing officer who was driving a black g wagon and he repaired my taxi
At the end of the night I proceeded around midnight to my family house were my player was left sleeping while I sorted my 1 year old and unlucky for me fell asleep I logged back in at around 8am to find I'd been put in jail for 180 minutes as a newish I'm still coming to terms with everything on the server
