I was giving training to my trainee and this guy appears inside the EMS wearhouse to get interview we are telling him to go outside and wait but hes directly saying NO! and on the Firefighter Uniform He's extingushing the extingusher on my face and provoking me also disturbing me.

This guy was once in EMS with fresher rank. Me and my fellow HC have tried to give him proper training but he failed again and again thats why we fired him from ORG.
