So my freind started palying the server today and he was buying GC and just doing the basic things to start and after reset when he loaded in he was falling through the map so he then tried to re log when he re logged he was perma banned by your guys anti cheat and i was just hoping their was anything we can do to fix this no he did not have bodycam but do you really expect a level 2 player to already have bodycam and the admin that perma banned him should also have bodycam i am not at all trying to be mean or disrespectful just pls can we try and fix this in a timely manner he has already spent upwards of 100+ on the game
