Rejected Wrong Decision | Kira Hill

Hello dear administrators , today my forum got rejected by administrator Kira Hill . the forum was about i was going a autofair and i mistakely hit a guy little bitt because he was standing in the middle of my way so, just for this little bitt of hit the guy at first said to me ( see you in gov ) which is currently considered as Fail Rp then he also said to me ( you son of a bitch ) this was a parental insult but admin Kira_Hill rejected my forum saying it was a ic insult but how it can be a ic insult ? abusing anyones mother in a ic conversation is clearly GR 3.2 & in past i saw many people who ever said this slang ( son of a bitch ) all of them got punished for GR 3.2. How ever i would kindly ask any senior admin to re-review my forum because i felt very bad when the guy abused my mother in ic conversation .
