Life Story:Finley was born to a family that lived in poverty and a bad area. Finley was born and raised in Edinburg but later migrated to sandy shores later on in life. His adoptive parents were ex mafia members and were on the run after defecting from them. After months of hiding the mafia found Finley's parents and offered a deal, to trade Finley for the massive debt the owe and put him to work in the gang...They had no choice but to comply.
During his time in the gang, he was given advanced weapons and driving training to out run the cops. After about 1 year of being in the gang, he was getting physically abused by the lower ranking mobsters and vowed that he would be stronger and stop getting bullied and fight his way up in ranks. After 10 years, he decided to defect from the gang and migrate to a new place to start fresh. He wasn't proud of the person he became in that year he killed several cops innocent civilians and many more..
Career Story: After starting a new life as a honest guy Finley started to work in LSPD and became a brand in whole city as Major of Patrol after getting training from his mentor in LSPD :Eklavya , Ranker and Master. After serving in LSPD he was demoted due to a case which was irreverent and at that point he made a bad image about the Chief Gabi and started commiting crimes and at that point he killed Gabi and city was at shock but he came into Legal side again because he got a stab from behind and started working as a Trooper and at that point everyone was knowing finley as a guy who is not trust worthy but he made his name again and became District Attorney and didnt let other officer get into the cases which took everything from Finley and then he was called in LSPD again when Eklavya became Chief and made a name again as Major of FTO and after that he became a agent and joined FIB but got kicked with a reason again which was irreverent as the director said Finley did corruption but it was incorrect as it was pre planned by new Chief and Director to remove him from LEO but then he joined his family and did several crimes and went back to that mafia and he offered him the leadership of Vagos and he fucked whole city but again he was stabbed and then he decided to go back with a new name into Legal and he was hired by Notix and then he is trying to make a good name in city again . But the things which happened till now with him he knows that living a good side isnt good as it wont give anything to you.
