Hello Admin,
i was covering ph, suddenly i noticed another ems employee(131045) came and she was selling medkits to (114748) at doorside corner which was far away from the desk. Then again i noticed that he(114748) was putting the medkits into the car trunk through the door made of glass. (131045). Then I asked (131045) her for identification and she refused it.

Its not clear about GR 6.4 since you asked one time, could be possible he didnt hear or assisting the guy!
However,
ID 114748 will receive a punishment for UB
ID 64433 will receive a punishment for Mixing
