Life Story :
Born in 1997 Syndra had to start working hard at a young age. Despite the fact that work was always a priority, she made time for Hilda and John Hill. She was devoted to them, but john being devoted to the police department had no time and lost his life due to gang violence. Soon after Hilda passed due to unknown circumstances this brought syndra to a halt. Syndra was soon assigned the responsibility of planning her parents burial, which left her with a dark rage she didn't know how to handle. Even though times were tough growing up in the remote country. It was difficult to make money. Syndra understood how to stay out of trouble growing up in the Los Santos neighborhoods, but danger seemed to find its way to her.
Many days had passed since Syndra's fury subsided following days spent at the gun range honing her shooting skills; during this time, something gave way to a glimmer of hope and light at the end of the tunnel. She concluded that this was not the life for her, and that Hilda would have wanted more for Syndra, so she packed all of her stuff and headed for the city, where she discovered a variety of professions, including taxi driver, bus driver, and others. She tried them all, but one stood out the most since she was so far away from it.
Career Story :
Something about the Los Santos police department reminded Syndra of her father's old haunts. As she spent time she worked hard to gather knowledge and in all areas; where she quickly rose through the ranks, eventually reaching the post of High Command. She gained a lot of new friends and found herself in a much more stable situation. Something didn't feel right about that small light growing which turned enraged. Something was unusual in all the years of gang violence and murders she had witnessed. The more killings she observed and the more tattoos to match, her sophisticated strategy showed her a side she couldn't look away from. Syndra's nasty side was tactical, but precise nonetheless. Bribes, information sales, torture, and questioning are all employed to obtain information, and she even learned how to sell illegal products on the black market as a hobby. Where previously tough, we now see a side of Syndra that is unrivaled. She took corruption to an entirely new level. Syndra Hill is dreaded by her Gang's adversaries.
Outcomes :
1- Syndra will use any weapon legal or illegal to defend herself in a shootout situation ( Note: if it's an organization weaponry using it in a personal situation is not allowed )
2- Syndra will take bribes up to 30k
3- While off duty syndra will use her personal radio that is connected to LSPD network known as radio frequency
4- Syndra has a personal bodycam hidden in her glasses that uploads to the LSPD network and cloud server (Rp'ly activated using /me or /do )
5- Syndra is able to get a tattoo on any part of her body
6- In her spare time syndra can go to the ghetto to shoot/kill people for fun or to save her friends and all due to her love in violence
7- Syndra can reduce jail time sentence or remove a person off the wanted list or even let them walk free if she feels like it ( Only friends/family members or people she really trusts)
8- Syndra will be able to sell or give information to criminals or gangs ( info such as raids/ammo runs for orgs )
