I sent a ss to the fib leader about the argument we had with the person who is my brother in real life, my aim was to make him talk to my brother and solve the problem because my brother was not talking to me, but he confused the ooc event with the icc event and took away his deputy rank.

If its your "brother" with the issue, then he should be the one making a forum not you. Secondly 6.10 is moving an IC situation to OOC. Your complaint here is that he had his deputy role removed for an OOC reason which is not true + the leader has the right to appoint and remove anyone he wants. If anyone is breaking 6.10 it's you, complaining in his DMs about your IC issue.
