Rejected EMS - Not Being Removed Despite No Mic & Ineligibility for Training

Hello, I am writing to file a complaint regarding my situation in EMS. I do not have a microphone and I made it clear that I cannot complete EMS training without one. I was informed that EMS training requires a mic, which I understand and accept. However, I have not been removed from the faction, and I am still in EMS without the ability to train or work properly. I requested to be removed, but nobody is removing me despite the fact that I clearly do not meet the requirements.

This is causing confusion and wasting time for both sides. If I am not eligible without a mic, I request that I be removed from EMS officially.
