I was on duty as an FIB officer and arrested a player. After the arrest, he kept insulting me for more than 8 minutes, using OOC and IC language that was offensive and disrespectful.
He also tried to avoid the arrest by cooperating with his friends, who interfered in the RP scene without any valid reason, just to help him escape or delay the process.

Dear admin , as you can see in the POV , the player id: 65495 clearly says in arabic at 0:39 : «you have (N-word) english» .

In this video, the player directly insults me in Moroccan dialect and says something very offensive and racist — he said my English is like "black people's language" and used the term "longlé dyal 3waza", which is a very disrespectful and racist comment.
This is not related to RP, and it’s clearly an OOC personal and racial insult, which goes against the server rules and basic respect between players.
I kindly ask you to take action, and I can provide the full POV if needed.
