i Was arrested for asking for a gun liscnse at capitol whic shouldn't of been fair i request a lawyer when the lawyer came a guys name albert neverfold(70455) came into the situation for no reason as he was not there for detaining me and was not invloved at ALL. (70455) Gave me hard time by not giving me permisson t speak to my lawyer also mass provoking me and overall was making me pissed off. Fast foward when we get to the point where They join gov emails the arresting officer (108663)
Gets A code A but is still in lawyer room screen sharing so i called abo saif to punish them where he saw the situation and saw everything happen such as (MG) after that happend im waiting because the arresting officer isnt there and the lawyer also code A so im waitng till they come back while waiting (704550 is mass provoking me)
they come back and arrest me because lawyer didnt come back i ran away after they cuffed me but while going back they did (PG) runing while cuffed
.
The Reason why its titled Arrest pov request is because my storage was full and save the whole situation but im asking you for request it to see there corruption and MG/PG

First of all, I am not the arresting officer, so I’m unsure why my POV has been requested. Secondly, as already explained by the forum owner, this is an IC issue. He also mentioned that Saif was called to the situation and had a discussion about it.
I don’t understand why this matter—already addressed in the forum—is being brought up again. Moreover, the person providing the evidence has a private POV, which we cannot view. To my knowledge, there should already be clear evidence of the individual being arrested before posting or reviewing this forum thread.
Ultimately, this is strictly an IC matter. If anyone still has concerns, they are free to submit a complaint. However, this is wasting the time of the admins and everyone involved, as no rule breaks have occurred.

Regarding Jaden Davis – MG Allegation and Code A Situation

Jaden Davis received a Code A but remained in the lawyer room, screen sharing. To ensure fairness and transparency, I called Abo Saif, who personally witnessed the situation, including potential MG behavior.

At that point, I waited patiently as the arresting officer was not present, and the lawyer had also Code A’d. I remained until either party returned to proceed properly.

According to Grand RP rules:

Using information you have gotten from Out of Character ways and using it In Character. e.g., Using private messages to tell your friend your character is in trouble at a certain location. Inciting someone to metagame is also against the rules.

That said, at no point did I—or the arresting officer—benefit from or exploit any out-of-character information. From what I observed, we acted well within the server’s rules and protocols.

Lastly, I’d like the reviewing admin to note that I was unable to record the entire situation, as my PC does not have the storage space for long recordings. This was also mentioned by the forum owner themselves, who stated they could not provide the full feed either due to the same reason.

To conclude, I’ve gone through the provided POV, and I don’t see any sign of PG (Powergaming). Frankly, this entire post feels more like an attempt to waste our and the admin team’s time. I genuinely hope that individuals misusing the forum system like this are held accountable going forward.

You cut the footage right as the PG happened as a law enforcement officer your supposed to hold body cam while detaining/arresting a 10-15(State Rule 5.6)
You also stated that I don’t have long storage as well which is true but there a reasons why I’m in gang where I don’t need to hold lots of footage. You also said you did not see any PG if you look in the last minute you can clearly see yourself running while I’m cuffed and you have me dragged by my arm you also will hear your other officer tell you to stop due to the fact you were doing (PG)

You say your not the arresting officer yes that’s 100% true provide a longer body cam for you being called into the situation because I told you over and over and over again that your not related to the situation but decided to be here anyway and said you don’t care but now since I did something about you decided to mention it? It doesn’t make sense! Your asking why I’m making a forum after about came to solved it well for one I didn’t see any punishment given and I later asked Abo Saif if I should post on forums and he said yes so I’m listening to him. you said it’s a ic matter? He also said you can do whatever you want but I don’t care because you don’t have a body cam he also say try getting a lawyer try getting a lawyer then later says best of luck getting a lawyer and then says that’s why you don’t have one rn ( “I’m not sure what he was hinting if he payed the lawyer or did something corruption for my lawyer to leave but that’s what he hinted”)
