Respected Admin,
I received a punishment under ER 1.7 for not providing a proper POV during the fam war. While I’ve played many fam wars before without issue, this time my recording software crashed mid-event, and the recording was not completed.
This was a technical glitch beyond my control, but I understand the importance of the rule and will ensure it doesn’t happen again
I kindly request you to consider reducing the punishment duration if possible. Thank you for your understanding
