ID 136981 will be punished for Fail RP and GR 6.2
(Claiming to be an undercover FIB officer and saying he would cuff and drag while not being a part of FIB and lacking the ability to do so the stuff claimed and performing actions that your character is not capable of, is considered Fail RP. Regarding, GR 6.2, you are not allowed to leave an RP situation by exiting game)
However, for the Provoking and Mixing parts, make a separate complaint.
