First of all, hello, I have already been penalized from this forum, but the admin named Shisui UchihaXx penalized me again, and the person who opened a forum for me opened 7 or 8 forums for me by cropping the videos everywhere, I have already been penalized before, why am I getting penalized again and 8 forums are opened for me over the same video, these opened forums fill my forum page for nothing, I want the forum spam to be deleted and my warning to be removed.
