Hello chiefs
I was given warn for rdm since i killed 74536. However id like to mention that as per me i think i had enough reason to use a lethal force to neutralise him.
At 3:15 of the pov you can see he got out of his vehicle and started punching my 10-15 who is already unconsious in an attempt to kill him. Anyways i gave warning shots as u can see. but then he went in his vehicle and started doing vdm to my 10-15 to kill him.
the one bullet hit was a warning shot before he started doing vdm since i had a 10-15 with me.
You can see at 4:04 of the pov he is still hitting him with car.
We as leos can use lethal force if we are in threat or if a citizen is in threat. Even unconsious my 10-15's life was important to me. So it was logical enough for me to neutralise the guy in car before he could kill him. i didnt just randomly kill a citizen, i killed a guy who was trying to take another life.
